It's highly unlikely that Gibi often goes grocery shopping the real way, it's Ben who does. You know, considering she's Gibi ASMR ~3'7 million subscribers
Gibi I would just like to say a huge THANK YOU to you. I have/ still struggle with anorexia for years now and seeing your video helps normalize eating. It reminds me that I can be beautiful like you and enjoy my morning cinnamon bread. Thank you.

Ahh these are some of my all time favorite videos. I think it’s so interesting to see what people buy at the grocery store… AND it happens to be insanely relaxing.
This is soooo good just like a soft-spoken ramble that's *just* interesting enough but not *too* interesting, plus some props and packaging sounds! Haven't even finished watching yet and i'm already excited for the organic food haul.
the thing you said about american food is 100% true. i did a two week trip all around europe with my sister and ate tons of gluten and dairy (stuff that usually makes me feel sick when i eat it in the us) and felt totally fine! when i got back and ate gluten and dairy here, i immediately felt like vomming.
I have heard that after a while you would eventually have same issue with European gluten over time as you body "learns" it. But just something I heard once.
I know people that left Europe and went to work in America and when I talked about what they dislike there, they surprised me with "food", especially sweets. They had their family ship them sweets and would rather go out and eat than make food themselves at home like they used to do here. It surprised me since I expected them to say something about the Healthcare or maybe the people.
can relate went to visit grand parents and relatives in russia. for 2 months. we ate junk food every day. so Cake, Ice cream, Candy etc. and ended up losing a bunch of weight. in canada during the summer i eat one ice cream cone. and gain weight.
This channel is probably the best part of my night. Its been a rough night, had my worst relapse yet, and its so nice to come see Gibi, and see all the kind comments. I love seeing people i think i recognize here. Its a wonderful place to be after a bad night.
My dog also has high reward treats for training. She is fairly food motivated, but she hates training, so I have to use something that she really wants if I want her to participate. A standard milk bone barely gets you a sit. Something like "lot" which is her bedtime command, requires something more intense like bacon treats or her dental stick things. Tricks like "spin" and "over" call for cheese. I think she has a list of what she is willing to do for what snacks (of course I am a food motivated human and I also have a price so I can't say too much, lol!)
As a fellow hot sauce lover myself, Frank’s Red Hot original has gotta be my favorite, since it genuinely tastes good and isn’t just spicy. I recommend adding it to cheesy scrambled eggs! :)
@Gibi ASMR. Quick question for you, well that is a good idea to use whip cream. But may i also ask you have you tried american cheese to wrap Saltines medicine up too and would u actually try it to see if it works.
I actually love grocery videos, I find it interesting to see the foods that are available in other countries particularly the US because you just have SO MUCH CHOICE. Irish supermarkets pale in comparison lol. Southern ASMR Sounds does a lot of grocery haul videos and I'm a big fan
I love these videos. I find them so relaxing just watching someone ramble and describe basic things makes me feel so calm as it takes my thoughts away from my life and I can think about someone else's for a bit! Pleaseeee do more like these they're super tingly and relaxing and I learnt so much about you
I’ve said this before, but this is more than rambling. It’s a form of Personal Attention. The idea of sitting with of a friend who wants to have this kind of casual conversation. I enjoy it more that any doctor visit RP.
Biology student here- Honestly with GMOs it depends on the GMO. All of them are different and there is little testing done. They can also be extra harmful in the US because here we don’t have to ensure that they won’t take over and hybridize with wild plants and could get rid of diversity in crops. In many other countries they regulate that. I usually buy organic when I can, because it avoids pesticides and GMOs. ( I’m not 100% anti GMO as there are some very useful, proven ones, but there is so little info in the US you never know what your getting with GMO foods.)
There's also a pretty huge company in the GMO business that has all but trashed the name thanks to them just being awful to their farmers (and overusing pesticides at the expense of their workers).
This video is interesting, specially because we buy some brands because we fell better with them than others. Also, is very interesting that dogs can eat whipped cream, I'll try with my dog who is very picky at the moment to eat
The way you deftly manipulate your camera's autofocus gives me tingles. Also, that sesame seed tolerance stuff is interesting! I've always been apprehensive about travelling to less allergy-conscious countries.
Omg Gibi since you love hot sauce so much you should try baked cauliflower wings. You coat them in like cornstarch and spices then bake them and then cover them in hot sauce they’re so good. You should definitely try them. Love your videos ❤️
Gibi in the description box: "Only a few more videos with this camera that makes me look like Shrek." LOL 😂 **gets flashback from Gibi's Shrek ASMR video** Now I have to re-watch that one! 😆
I love how gibi is a bit embarrassed by what she eats saying she doesn't want to seem like she eats plain foods. And then there's me eating plain chips 🤣
To be honest, I really like Valentina hot sauce. Its really good- and it doesn't really taste spicy at all- (in my opinion-) if you haven't tried it yet i would really recommend it-
Valentina is definitely the best in my opinion! My friend is from the town In Mexico where Valentina is made and he says it is the authentic hot sauce. If you’ve never tried it- his recommendation is to cut a mango and put Valentina on it. So delicious!
I had a similar thing to the "american gluten" thing! When I lived in Canada my stomach couldn't handle the North American dairy! I stopped eating it and I became so much healthier. Got back to New Zealand and started eating our diary again and it was fine! Crazy.
Day 30 of asking Gibi for a 5 senes video 1. Sight/visual triggers - hand movements - follow the light - air tracing 2. Sound/mic triggers - mic brushing - close up whispering - mic covers and taps - trigger words 3. Touch/on camera trigger - face brushing - face touching - camera taps - lotion on hands 4. Taste triggers - make tea - taste test - give snacks 5. Smell triggers - picking and smelling candles - perfume spraying in air - pick lotion for Touch trigger
When I go to Walmart and other stores she has given me the gift of being obsessed of tapping and scratching on food & drink containers, Tupperware, chairs, vases, decorations, glass objects, tables, metal, cabinets, toy bins, waste baskets, lights, clothing, drawing items, notebooks, books, school items, jewelry, boxes, makeup products in packaging or tubes (as in lipstick and lipgloss), shampoo and conditioner bottles, skincare bottles/ pumps, drawers, walls, electronics, picture frames, wood items, and on doormats. There is probably a lot more lol. Credits to all the people out there who read this all! (Thanks! 😍🤭)
A Canadian here that's all I hear about America to I'll be honest about how unhealthy their food is but just want to say I love your ASMR I was so excited today when I got the notification that you have posted
I feel food is such a burden to me, as well!! Eating is just not something I look forward to or enjoy so I end up being super basic with everything I make (:
Does food bother you on a sensory level like texture and so on? Because if so, maybe you have sensory issues and you should work around it with safe foods for you. Look it up, see if it what I say resonates💗
oh god, I thought I was the only one! everyone's like "oooh, I love food", but I just??? don't??? I don't like most of the foods and if it's good, it takes only a few bites to go from good to average and a lot of it just makes me feel sick
I'm literally eating Tostitos as she's showing her Tostitos and eating cheese as she's talking about how she loves cheese. 😂 I also bought whipped cream today and it's pumpkin spice. 😋❤
Lol. Nooo! That’s what happened to me. My doctor said to cut out gluten and dairy and I felt so much better! I have celiac and a milk protein allergy. 😩
"I'm pretty sure American food is terrible." I live in the UK, my friend is American. Yup, when it comes to food, I'm afraid this is true. No judgement, though - I have a weakness for donuts so am hardly a saint when it comes to sugar.
i have always liked watching yt videos of people getting groceries/haul bcs i love to see what different kind of items people can get in their countries/regions lol
