Oooo, I've heard Thailand is just beautiful. I hope you have a SAFE and enjoyable trip. OH NO!!! Tooth pain is the the absolute worst. I know it. Ugh, gosh. Trying to sleep while on vaca can also be challenging so I hope I HOPE this can help alleviate even a slight bit of discomfort. Sweet dreams

I have been in and out of the hospital for a bleeding ulcer for the past three days. And this video brought me a lot of relaxation in this verrrryy scary time. Also for acid reflux (if your doctor says u can) I get the anti acid liquid over the counter. It works ten million times better than tums and all that

Yes! heavy therapy sessions deplete me physically and mentally... I always make it a point to set aside time after a therapy session to lay down with an ice pack and listen to asmr or soothing music. You are okay and everything will be okay. I am proud of you and hope you are being gentle with yourself right now.
