I never could've imagined using the Steam Controller in an ASMR video because mine seems so loud, but you did a fantastic job of being gentle enough for it to really work. The trackpad sound is one of my favorite controller sounds. :)

That haptic feedback on first use made me think it was broken or had some electrical issues. I love using it as my lazy desktop/Netflix remote outside of gaming. It's addicting to move both pads. Of course, I have my turn off sound as "The Mann."

Hey, been meaning to get me one of those, but never considered it's potentioal for asmr use. That said, I do remember many yers ago a girl I shared an appartment with once told me that the sound of me playing with a playstation 2 controller reminded her of crackling fire.

I really like the Steam controller. It's a comfortable shape and and I was able to play slow-paced first person games really well with it (obv. can't compete with M&KB for fast paced or competitive play). Some games are a bit fiddly to get to work with the right touch pad but overall I'm really happy with it.
