@Jacob Tacker The problem is we have a lot of subjects and each one has a lot of chapters ,for example Maths has 6 chapters each chapter has 300 math equations which means I have to study them 1800 equation in order to pass and it's humanlly impossible to memories all of them plus they are not easy it's all calculus and space Geometry and other stuff and that's just one subject

@@murtadaamjed6279 don't learn the equations. Learn how to solve them. You can apply the rules to any equation you find without having to memorise 1800 individual ones. Hopefully that makes it easier for you.

@Cliff Long :) thank you it's nice to hear that since usually I'm really bad with word be it spoken or written but this was just so lovely I had to find still working part of brain to write my thanks and express greatfulness for such wonderful help in form of asmr video. Also love how she often hearts and replies. It was really nice to read a lovely reply back too. Made my night five times better and her reading it is a big sugar cherry on top. Man,.. it's often quiet lonely, so much at times that idk what I'd do without little things like this. Asmr, comments, replying to people, feeling like asmrtist is chatting with you and is kind of ur friends and so on. Especially Ozley. Her channels the best imo. So many personal attention videos plus it's always so warm hearted and chill vibes like ur talking with a friend. I wish she had more subs. What's one of ur fav asmr channels beside ozley btw? I'd have to say glow is my second fav cuz she also has rly rly good personal affection videos. Haha fuck the shitty side effects meds and no help therapist asmr is fifteen times better medicine alongside good music. @Cliff Long Yeah I rarely interact with ppl too unfortunately and yes it's rly good for insomnia. I've been listening asmr for more then 2 years now I think and my sleep has been drastically better. Oh yea I like scottish murmurs and gentlewhispering too. Yee glows personal attention videos are close second to ozleys imo. At first I was wierded out by asmr but now I rly rly rly love it altho I'm still not sure what tingles r ans if I ever gottem em. I think I do but rarely when im rly rly relaxed and that's kind of hard cuz ocd is bothering me constantly but there this one shampoo video by gentle whisper and few ozley videos ofc like unintelligble whisperd and pampering videos that sometime give me this pleasent electric chills on my skin. Might be cuz I get rly immersed in video and the personal affection stuff gets to me cuz it's unfortunately rare thing irl atm. Idk but for sure its relaxing and sleep inducing,.oh and for anxiety, thank god for asmr hahh. Yeah I like the friend vibe about her vids a lot too. That hi friend intro is just awesome. I do a little smile every time at this point when I hear it. Lol okay yea fudge I forgot to not type this much again. Its almost 5am here and I just couldnt sleep cuz got a msg from friend from high school I havent seen for years so I finally can go out and talk with someone in im emberrased to say how long. @Cliff Long Hope they aren't hindering your life's goals/responsibilities and mental state/happiness way too much. This hellish illness is often unbearable to just exist with but stay strong pal we got so much joy and good to experience and do and even tho it might take a while and be a rough road it is so worth it no matter how bad your physical or mental health are or how low you've sunken in life in general, it's never too late or impossible. I'm pertrified and anxious about a lot of stuff. I got number of physical, metal, behavioural, social, emotional and just thinking problems but at the end it feels great to do something important and push through bad feelings and not let ocd ritual hold you or hold you down as much. It's such a mental work and constanz struvgle with just having mind think and do stuff a healthy you would. You alrdy know all this since you have it unfortunately and pleasent words and common advice only goes so far. It may be ugly, lonesome and smudering but I tell you this life, world, people, experience is a light that keeps on shining so brightly. I feel these odd awe induced feelings when I rly rly try to be here, present, alive. And eveb if it's partly working cuz ocd thoughts keep jenking me to side making me wonna do stupid, time consuming, anxiety inducing stuff or makin me believe in foul twisted conclusion in all that mix mash of experience there is always a part of me, a moment in the process, a lingering, nostalgic, fimiliar, warm feeling of doing or trying to do good for urself, others, worldy even tho you ate doing it while battling all the crap and fog of ocd or other stuff bothering you. Even if it's gotten rly bad, other things don't work out either and so on, you find strenght cuz I do belive you, me, anyone, no matter how, disabled, ill, damaged, or far gone they are, everyone can lead a happy and full life though many actions which in good will can help both you and others feeling this bliss of beign alive, human. If anything. When it rains bad times it will only make us cherish the sunny good times more. This asmr thing is such a blessing. Just like with music it often helps me not occupy myself with redicilous bad feelings and compulsion. Especially Ozley and Glow. Oh and Post Rock and Ambient music. Havr you got a particular music genre that you find perfect for chillin and daydreamin or mesmerizin u into melodies so much u forget all else for a moment. I've gone on a ramble again....Meetin with old friends from before and I'm sorta feelin worried cuz my life sucks so much I got nothin to talk about but oh well at least got someone to hinder loneliness a bit for first time in ages. Hope ur doing well, having a good evening. Can't wait to drift to ozley's latest humming vid. She hearted almost every comment. Made me cheer up straight away even more when I saw it echoy lotr humming vid. Oh, forgot, btw, I've done countless meds for ocd and some other stuff but quit it all cuz none helped after so many years trying and yet I'm still not 100% sure if it's best do not take anything. Altho im almosz certain I wont I was wondering if there was any medication that has helped you?
