I love how intuitive her massage is. I have a very similar style. She doesn't repeat the exact movements on each side. She lets the tension of the body guide her on where to go and where to pause. I'm a licensed massage therapist as well.

Many people misunderstand that I have an injury on my right collar bone. My right collar bone is not an injury, but the veins are visible because I have very thin skin there. You do not have to be worried. 😀

I started doing these types of face massages about 4 years ago (not exactly the same) but have tried various ones that suit my needs and now I enjoy doing my face workouts, massages and skincare routine, I use tapping also (my brow frown lines have nearly enough gone!) it really is amazing at keeping your skin looking healthy and youthful, helps to keep the blood flowing and you glowing ...you can't stop aging from happening ...but you can certainly can expect huge delays 😅❤ Side note: Avoid using hot water, the face is delicate, and excess heat may lead to broken blood vessels. It is essential to avoid using hot water when washing the face. Using cold or warm water to wash the body and face may help avoid damage to the blood vessels. 😊

I would love to see a "behind the scenes" episode. I've always been curious about Shili's recording process, like how do you work with the massage therapist and how they set up their cameras. Anyway, great video as always, Shili!

The neck stretching (with what I can only describe as a fancy rolling pin) looked absolutely amazing. I also particularly liked the attention paid to the ears - ear massage always gives me such tingles! I hope you and your husband are enjoying married life, and best wishes to you both!

First time I've ever found am asmr massage video where there is loud enough sounds. They are often very quiet so it's hard to get the same effect. But I love this!
