It works but I am also trying to add another column from another table and relationship been done as well I have implemented the solution but it is not adding the data in the gridview but is is adding the data in both tzbles in database tables. Any solution for that?

I receive the error , "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index" in the deleting row section of your code. Specifically, it's raises that exception on this line of code : sqlCmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@ID", Convert.ToInt32(gvHoursEmp.DataKeys[e.RowIndex].Value.ToString())); The AddWithValue is incrementing the SqlParameterCollection beyond what the compiler expects to see. Any ideas ?

All examples do real time update in DB. What to do if i want all ad update delete only in the grid and then finally update the final records directly in DB in one go. only 1 hit to DB. Dont want any records in grid on page fresh load. please help @CodAffection.
