Just finished mine, using organic chicken bone broth, added a dash of Tabasco and 2 table spoons organic butter. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for this easy recipe 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
This was without a doubt the best asparagus soup I have ever had! I live in NJ and asparagus season is just around the corner! I will be making a lot more of this recipe!
I've been making this asparagus soup without the beans for years because there's something so good about it even though it's so simple. Looking forward to trying with the beans.
This looks yummy! I love that you used cannellini beans for creaminess. I made buffalo chicken dip with cannellini beans to make it creamy without having to add a ton of high fat ingredients.
@@CleanandDeliciousDani Absolutely. I actually got the recipe from Mind Over Munch's page. If you search on her page for "Vegan Dips" the recipe is there with a PDF of it. I added chicken to mine to to make it more like a traditional buffalo dip, but it's a great recipe for all dietary lifestyles. :)
I just recently transitioned to an all plant based diet and was looking for a dairy free cream of asparagus, you just made my day with this recipe!! Thank you!! 😋😋😋💚💚
Hi Dani!! I made this for my 2 year old son who all of a sudden is picky with his vegetables. This soup was absolutely delicious!! He loved it!!! Ate it all in about 5 minutes or less. Easy, nutritious and delicious. Thank you!!
I ❤ this soup. I make it all the time. I think I’m gonna try it with corn instead of asparagus this time around. Hopefully it will taste like a corn chowder.
As you suggested I played with even if I didn’t all the ingredients on hand. What I have is 1lbs asparagus some brocoli and garbanzo beans and water for bouillon...the rest the same....it was soooooo delicious 😋 the texture was perfect. So good and easy I’ll making some more tomorrow. Thanks this great recipe.
I made this the other day, it was delicious. Me and my boyfriend loved it. Thanks for sharing. I am making it again today, but this time I am trying broccoli instead of asparagus.
Thank you for the delicious vegan recipe I have a grandson he is allergic to dairy products and I’m making this for him and everyone loved it thank you❤️🌺🌹🌺👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏🙏
Looking for a fresh, vibrant recipe to get you excited for the Spring BUT can also comfort you through the end of winter? This Asparagus Soup is for you. 100% plant based and so easy to make. I think you are all going to love this one. XO - Dani
Dani good morning from Arizona. I so enjoy following you, your ideas and recipes. Having spent from April to the end of September in the hospital and other medical facilities, you enticed me to start cooking again. THANK YOU!!!
Thanks for this recipe. I just tried it today for lunch and I loved it. It's the best soup that I've ever tried, even chicken noodle soup isn't this good.
Thanks tried this recipe and came out good. I used a progresso soup can instead of the stock and came out perfect. Took just 2 mins on an instant pot. Delicious
What a genius idea! Beans to thicken the soup! I am not vegan but I know that beans are much better for you than potatoes or cream that I usually rely on to thicken creamy soups. Will definitely try soon 👍😋💛
Looks absolutely delicious and super healthy and most importantly plant based! I am working on a soup recipe as well but looking forward to try this one as well! Thank you for sharing ❤️
I just made this soup tonight and it was amazing! Sorry I forgot to take a picture, it's all gone. Thank you for the recipe and thank you for sharing. Much love from Fate Texas!
I just made this and it turned out beautiful ! Super healthy too! I’ll be making this more often 😁 I made this with a nice whole grain sandwich of roast beef and mustard. Yum! 😍 perfect 👌🏼
Made this as a meal prep for my lunches. Sooooo good and creamy with the beans. I used a Emerson blender which took awhile to get the consistency i wanted which no chunks. Actually makes me feel full after.
I just made this soup and the result is AMAZING 🤩I don’t have white beans so I used tofu instead and I used water instead of vegetable stock but the result comes out just as amazing. So good!
When I first read your recipe with the beans with the asparagus , I wasn’t sure ,but I was very excited it turned out great and very very good . I had a piece of Parmesan toast with it, so very good! Go Diamond 💎 Dani!
thank you for sharing this delicious ( & clean!) healthy recipe, I made it over the weekend and the family loved it, your chanel is a godsend for people who want to serve their families tasty healthy recipes.
I made this and it was super easy and yum. I even did it with broccoli. Now I have my go to soup. Thanks so much! I'm trying squash next. I find if I bend the asparagus at the end it will naturally break off where it gets too tough to eat, and I don't waste any.😄
A few chefs here on RU-vid recommend not breaking or cutting off much, but just peel off the outer fibrous layer of the lower few-to-several inches of the stalk. The interior is fairly tender.....A pull-style vegetable peeler makes it quite easy. (You may need to clear out/remove the fibrous strands from between the peeler blades, periodically.) This method saves needless waste of this delectable veggie.
Hi Dani! I just recently (2-3 weeks) discovered your channel on RU-vid via TV and have been obsessed! I have subscribed to my work account and personal TV RU-vid (aside my husband's cause you know, it's doing recommendation), so I can have easy accessibility to you and learn more! Wish I knew you before, but now you have another FAN! Your personality just beams with light and makes me wanna be like you :)
Our dog absolutely loves asparagus. Several times we've put meat and asparagus down on separate plates and let her go for them. She almost always chooses the asparagus first - she'll eat the meat too but almost without fail goes for the asparagus first. I just fixed her some dehydrated asparagus tops. I may have to buy extra asparagus next time so that I can have soup while she eats her plain asparagus. 😊
Somewhat similar to the Super Green Soup that I make...should be excellent and very versatile as the season changes! I haven't tried asparagus yet so that sounds like dinner for tonight!
Hi Dani, I'm glad you posted this. (Or re-posted?) I just made this soup a few days ago. I had saved the recipe from your website last year when it was called Detox Asparagus Soup. All the same ingredients. It is soooooo good. I absolutely love it and I'm not a huge fan of asparagus. I posted on Facebook, but the link to the old recipe didn't work, so I couldn't share it. I'm glad you posted it again so I can go back and update my FB post with a link. I love to share all your recipes that I make. They're so good. Especially your soups. Omg! So good. Thanks!
