It was China that cause flood in India and Bangladesh but still Bangladeshi blamed India for the flood. It was china who builds several dams and kept the dam close during dry season and kept open during rainy season that cause water shortage in dry season and flood during rainy season in India and Bangladesh.
I think the Chinese has not built the dam yet. Normally dam is built to generate hydro power, irrigation and as a flood mitigation measure to downstream areas. If China liaises with India and Bangladesh, it will mitigate the annual flood.
@@陶文志Look I'm more into humanity so it would be wrong if this happen in near future...millions of lives would be extinct in just few hours and that should be considered world's biggest genocide by water....i know they haven't made but i know their intentions,still i can be wrong but I can't see that disasters wipe away millions of lives 🙄
