Assam Floods: Health minister provides Rs 4 lakh aid to family of flood victim in Kaliabor 

The flood situation in Kaliabor is expected to improve within the next 7 to 10 days, according to Assam Health Minister Keshav Mahanta.
During his visit to the flood-affected areas in the western part of Kaliabor on Tuesday, the minister stated that efforts are underway to close the dam-breaking part of Kalangmukh.
Minister Mahanta visited the family of Rajni Bainchav, who tragically lost her life in the floods at Keribakori.
