Assam: Illegal pharmacy busted in Baksa, cash worth Rs 18,000 seized 

A team led by Superintendent of Police Ishwar Hazarika of Baksa district conducted a raid and evicted an unlicensed pharmacy operating under the name Ashiful Medical in Majergaon.
The raid, carried out in the presence of police officials, targeted the pharmacy owned by Juran Ali Ahmed.
The operation resulted in the seizure of 47 types of medicines, including four types of expired medications, and Rs 18,000 in cash. The raid revealed that Ashiful Medical had been functioning illegally for a considerable period, posing a significant risk to public health.
