No, its boring and monotonously, of course ac 1 was my first assassin game and it was so cool, but now... its kinda boring

@@Tauriel-PSN yes now the combat is slow and boring but it was the only AC game that you actually looked for information on the target and felt like an actual assassin. Dont get me wrong the other AC games are fucking amazing but I feel like AC 1 deserves a full remaster/reboot

Story was nice but the one thing i didn't like about it was that it took so long te become an assassin.

@@lopa8519 I played the remaster and I loved it. I mean,yeah the character models look like shit, but the gameplay graphics have improved a lot. I don't regret buying the remaster.

@David Mrg That is not true. Crossbows exist since the ancient times just in a pre-version. Later they improved them and they were used for example in the Battle of Hastings 1066. They were just forbidden in Altaïr's time in fights between christ empires, but there is no actual reason why Altaïr couldnt use one...

The history you write in your games is meant to be told like you planned. (And yes, i know the whole discussion about how they told us we could change and choose the outcomes of blah blah. This option we got from the dialogues. I still do not want the main story being changed. I liked how they did NOT gave us a possibility to change the outcome. It also was a great "O-Ha".)

Running. 0:43 the lighting is different, the textures are sharper, the overall color grading looks by far better than the original, the shadows are better 0:56 the flowers are sharper and better saturated the grass looks green, the trees are 3d textured now, not 2 textured and so on…

@@nerevar8823 1070 Ti Founder's edition, Ryzen 5 2600X with Predator 16GB 3000 mhz RAM and still had fps drop from 60 to 35-45 when came into the Boston port at the beginning of the game. I can see that you are just one more console player trying to be smart about PCs, but I don't have enough time to argue with some facts by some kind of 90% console player. This is not just "Buy a better CPU" solution, Ubisoft messed it up by itself. :)

@Assassins No live Bro, I had once Gainward 1050 Ti new and still got fps drop in Boston port while everything else was smooth on ultra settings 2K resolution so I bought I new one and still even on full hd got drop..

I’m not a hardcore gamer tbh but I really loved it and was hyped for buying Origins but I read so much online that if you played Ody first, going back to Origins would suck and make you disapointed. Hooga Shaaka with the DLC‘s and AC Liberation Remastered in it? obviously they‘ll charge $60 for that, that’s an acceptable price for me to be honest and the differences between the original and the remaster are bigger than expected… (compared to the Ezio Collection, this is a real remaster)

In the Ezio collection they were so lazy. As if they only remove the fog on the game. But here it has graphics like assassin's Creed unity

People worship those games as the classics, and best of the series, if you touched them and did anything that breaks the game, in any way, intentionally or not, people would rise their pitchforks. As much as I would love to replay those games. It might be for the best they don't touch those.

Asssassin's Creed games died when Desmond did. I only enjoyed Origins a little because I love Egypt. Story in AC3 is amazing - story, combat system, climate, characters, soundtrack - everything is insane. There is no Assassin's Creed IV. That's only Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. Sure it was a good game, but not amazing. I would give it a 6,5/10. cuz it was boring af.

the last good game you have played, are you only playing EA and ubisoft games or something, i mean there were games that same fucking year that beats AC 3, here are some examples: Borderlands 2, Dishonored, Diablo 3 and the motherfucking first season of telltale's the walking dead, also a masterpiece is a bit much for this game, skyrim is a masterpiece, the witcher 3 is a masterpiece, dragon age origins is a masterpiece, AC 3 is not a masterpiece, it has boring combat, a protagonist with no personality and a mediocre story, i enjoyed the game but i disagree on the whole masterpiece thing

@@Chrismosis AC3 is and always be a masterpiece. Connor's character wasn't boring. You would know if you played the homestead missions. Moreover he won the best video game character for that year. At the same time when there were characters like Lee everett, etc. Also, calling AC3's story as mediocre means you haven't played that game. That game had the best and deep story ever in an AC game.

Did u know that they intended to add something where connor scalps the enemy's head after a major kill? Its mohawk culture. But they cut it because it was too brutal for an AC game

One of connors best (and only really) features that made him a pretty alright protag. I mean, even with the boring ass personality, how can you not like a guy who uses a tomahawk and bow to brutally murder his opponents? Plus his hidden blade was pretty cool.

Yes!! It has the best combat system. I don't know why the hell so many people hate this game but for me, it's my favorite AC game yet.

I would say it has the best *looking* combat. You can see that real martial artists were not just doing motion capture but also choreography. Having said that it was too easy and enemies were just waiting for their turn. In my opinion Unity was better gameplay wise although it lost some of the cool moves. So something that combined best of both would be ideal. Anyway I wish they would completely throw away the newer rpg style combat which is nothing but slowly hacking the enemy's health bar with some occasional use of "magic" powers.

I agree that this combat system is easy, but it looks so epic! My favorite as well. And if you think it's too easy you could always turn off the counter sign/light/hud thing

As cool as that'd be I think I'd just be happy with the option to parkour down so we don't have to rely on hay piles all the time.

@@LongTimeGamingDude you can drop down without climbing slowly and land in a super hero landing pose. Connor stays in that pose as long as you hold the trigger down, and stands up slower the more you hold the trigger. It's pretty badass. I missed that in unity.
