Female Eivor is the genetic reicarnation or in other words a female half human half isu clone of Odin the Isu with share memories of him. But, even then she still is not Odin and never will she be Odin. She is Eivor Varinsdottir (Varin-Daugther).

the animation is very obviously made for male Eivor aka the actual protagonist, all they did was swap the models for the characters...

In viking culture, a man penetrating another man was not seen as a shameful act, rather an act of domination. In some cases warriors would sexually assault a defeated enemy to utterly demasculate and humiliate him. Being the one who was penetrated was seen as utterly shameful. So no, homosexuality, as per our modern understanding, was not accepted.

No. She's built like a man and moves like one. They just stuck a vaguely female and androgynous head onto a slightly smaller male body. In the game she uses the exact same skeleton rig and animations that were made for the male protagonist.

Being big and having a strong body is just genetics, and moving like other male warriors fits her story and character as someone who was orphaned at a very young age and was adopted by a viking king. She went through the same training as the men of the clan, it makes sense she moves like a man. When you play as the male form of Eivor you're only putting on what the Animus thinks Eivor looked like (in confusion because of the different DNA she has).

anandu ap Ac Black Flag wasn’t really an AC game in my opinion. It was 70% pirates and 30% assassins because Edward didn’t become an assassin until near the end of the game. It was all pirates and money. The assassins were just side characters in the background. Plus, people bought the game for the ship battles, not the running around and stealth segments which is what AC was more about. Great pirate game, ok AC game.

I prefer this. As for the other, it's better to listen to the song separately. The battle music and the chants are pure badass especially during the duel with the ringleader.

But then Odyssey made a Huge success and Alexios/Kassandra quickly became fan-favorites and the heads at Ubi wanted to try the whole RPG Gameplay again. So they got a last minute Voice Actress and changed the Dialogue slightly which is why sometimes male Eivor is referred to as she and Sigurd calls Eivor no matter if your playing with fem or Male brother in Oxenaford when he introduces Eivor to the guy who’s in charge and some other dialogue flaws
