Dragun Fist Gamer I have 500 in odyssey I haven’t fnished the first episodes of the dlc :(

I spent a total of 315 hours in it and the two DLC's. No regret. Wonderful game. Only other game that beat it, time-wise, was Witcher 3 at 366 hours.

I spent 430 hours on Origins ! My favorite game ! 100% finished !

I use serqet's carapace to be a thug (bandit), but good and protecting Egypt, except i kill every type of enemy and soldier, also i use dual swords to be a bandit scout

Right? man i'm so glad i'm not the only one. Like when i play this game i let them attack me and then I parry there attacks an i kill them its just you have to really time the parry good and you have to master how the enemies are in combat situations. It's punishing because if you dont time the parry you get a sword to the face but when you pull it off it's rewarding and getting the kill after is satisfyingly good. This guy cant play for shit.

@@geoffroythiebaut884 it's more effective if you do use the shield it saves your ass in a lot situations

@@ayoo.bruce01 i dont know for me its not "nécessary" as i said dodge always work for me maybe im Just too used of bloodborne. And if i really want to parry i much prefer to take the blunt and Just counter attack with r2, this counter attack is devastating and the "counter frames" are way better than shield. Its too bad i hate the style of blunt because i really love counter attack and you can do That only with blunts :/

i poved both but i agree with you this is way better than odessey altho odessey us my 2nd fav assasin creed game i really hope the next assasin to be more like origins than odessey lets just hope

Jameel Far I don’t like odyssey at all tbh as far as combat goes and parkour was just not the same story was ok but origins was just 8/10 game odyssey was more of 5/10

I finally gave in to my severe Origins abstinence and started Odyssey some week ago and I'm having a REAL hard time getting into it man! 😩 BOY I miss Bayek and ancient Egypt so much I could cry. It feels like they're two completely different games. I thought Origins was just the right amount in all various game mechanic aspects and the story/mythology as well. I feel like Odyssey is kinda all over the place, it has some nice ideas here and there sure but I feel like had they been introduced in Origins I would've been able to actually appreciate them since that game had more of a steady foundation. I just got to Megaris so it's still very early in the game so my impression might be off here but I feel like there's a quality drop in the writing and dialogue (which are things I can't stand). And I'm not sure how I feel about the whole choice concept, AC was never about that IMO, not only that, I feel like it's poorly done and doesn't really say the things you choose, which is very annoying and always makes you stop and consider very carefully what to choose, which severely disrupts the flow of the story/game. Same with the weird focus on combat, I haven't even had the energy to give the whole "damage" system that much thought TBO, feels awkwardly categorized and just bothersome to try and make sense of. I feel like Origins took the combat to it's farthest acceptable peak, and contrary to my first impression I actually ended up loving it for it's engaging style, and I don't really get that from Odyssey. Am I wrong, people? Should I keep at it and hope to eventually get into it? Sorry for the rant btw ☹️

Or you can get it from a hekka chest. If you’re near end-game there really shouldn’t be much to buy except the occasion weapon upgrade.
