Awesome build! I love heavy blunt builds. Max damage sword builds are great but I always think the 10% all damage engraving on the torso is a bit of a waste (but there is nothing better). Can’t wait to try this!

I stopped playing Odyssey when Valhalla came out because I wanted something different. Every time a new build comes out in Odyssey I'd try it but I haven't played it in several months. I thought there wasn't anything else to try. Valhalla has some good qualities but it sorely lacks in good builds so when I saw this come out and heard how excited T7 was I had to try it. This is amazing!! Several years later and there's still different builds to try out and fun to be had. Nice job man!!
Not a big fan of heavy weapons. Avoided them after getting all of the needed accomplishments to upgrade the engravings. Just put this same build on yesterday after watching this. And one shotted 3 legendary animals. Almost one shotted Cyclops. This damage is legit. And I can still assassinate most non elite enemies. Paying Medusa a visit when I get off work lol Super fantastic build, T7.
Thank you Justin. However in some situations you will feel how slow they are and you might want to modify it with 100% melee resistance. Then you can essentially play as the almighty Thor. Damage should still be high enough.
Nice build . I tried similar builds with blunts and another with heavy blades with slightly less damage than your build but with full health and 100% crit chance. I had a lot of fun with them. My only issue with them is how slow these weapons are. For me the best build is the one with 100% melee resistance and iso enhanced. Keep those videos coming bro
Love this! Finally heavy blunts! I prefer them because you can chain up to 4 times the overpower strike, which is more useful in my opinion than the sword's overpower. Full adrenaline means you can take out up to 12 ppl with consecutive overpower strikes. Thank you for the guide!
im working on this buiild now, so I decided to restart from scratch on nightmare mode. atm using the nemean set coz they can give me most of the stats I need. not as high as yours, but atm it works. hehehe, sneaking up on them and doing charged heavy atks with my axe and hammer :D your guide gon' help me through and I hope to show it soon :D

Yo! Great video T7! I love your builds. I have a question about the Yumminess engraving and it's interaction with the "convert 50% of X damage to All damage". Does it convert the Yumminess damage to All damage?
It does not convert engravings that are already all damage. The yumminess is resulting in bad builds that cannot heal and deal less damage. The game was not designed to be played with it, it was designed to be used with abilities, which make you much stronger. The yumminess will never get more than 10 million damage and should not be used after level 50. Im a newish player. Level 51 now. Great game. Im curious about the NG+ (New Game+) i dont have this option yet. Im guessing completing story unlocks this. But not sure should i rush story missions to find out
I’ve done the blacksmith reload probably 100+ and haven’t found the helmet or either blunt weapons with those engravings. Is there another way you have to get them
@@benjaminmauer5787 I eventually got the two weapons but the helmet I still haven’t gotten. I just used a helmet similar and lost a little crit damage but it’s still enough to one shot most
How can you get that many resources? I am currently on ng+ and I couldn't even imagine getting that much. Also if I buy the Season Pass DLC will I be able to play all episodes from the 2 DLCs or do I only unlock certain episodes from them
Because a single weapon at level 99 gives you 1000 resources, dismantle 10.000 weapons and you get 3 million each. There is nothing to spend them on, and a weapon sells for 40k drachme aswell, which means you will always be at max money.

You can convert the "useless" hunter damage into warrior and assassin damage, thats shown here. You have 83% in total (40% from abilities, 20% from mastery and 23% from the bighorn bow) which will give you 41.5% with the hunter damage conversion. Its better than 30% all damage as said. I used the same on the previous max damage build and other builds already. The hunter damage itself is not being used.
There is a legendary engraving with 30% damage while full health, which is essentially "all damage", by its meaning it adds 30% warrior damage, 30% hunter damage and 30% assassin damage. It can be acquired by purchasing the Nemean claw from the Helix store. But you could also just engrave 20% warrior damage instead, with the bighorn bow it will boost warrior and hunter at the same time.
T7 I can't find the Mercenary Breastplate with those exact stats...please help me. I tried thr blacksmith with saving before talking...but didn't succed
Love your content but I just want to warn others that the high risk, high reward playstyle doesn't work very well for true warriors. If you're using blunt and have no defensive stats to speak of, you basically have to play like an assassin. All these full health stats are not so useful on nightmare in open battle. I don't even mean conquest battles. A stray hog will one shot you and basically unmake the entire build. This is, however, a great option if you can get the gear and have it as a backup loadout for when you're doing assassinations.
I agree, with blunts you should rather have 100% melee resistance because its just too slow. But this is theoretically the maximum hunter damage build ;-)
I reloaded the blacksmith for 6 hours now and couldn't get one heavy blunt with these exact stats, only got ones with Assasssin/ Hunter damage instead of Warrior damage. Can anyone confirm that it is possible to get the blunts through reloading blacksmiths?

I just hate that you're map gets reset in new game plus that's the reason I haven't farmed points, I wish it didn't and u just had to manually interact with each Steele after fast traveling to them
Thats part of the fun to play the game again. If you could directly travel to Atlantis it would make no sense. Its already the fastest way to get points, it takes only 15 minutes per point, faster than arena and not repetitive. Just try it.
You need 193 ability points to make the proposed basic version, like explained in the video, you can of course start with less than that if you skip headshot damage or all damage, or some abilities, for example. If you want hack and slash, then get Valhalla, if you want a good game, get Odyssey. Are you really judging a game by a video that showed a melee combat build? Then watch an assassin build or assassin gameplay instead if you want those.
What's the point though it's impressive but everything is done in the whole game. Your level 99 one hitting everything with no real challenge and at the highest difficulty. To me imo it's ridiculous this proves that Odyssey is very unbalanced.
Using a bugged weapon is like using a modded weapon ... so i ve a 100% crit chance und im dealing 10k% crit damage, not that hard! do 40M damage without a bugged weapon and u r on my level ;)
