I bought this game in 2018 and just had it lying around till about a week ago. Finally installed it and god damn this is a good game. I'm glad I found someone who's making content for it in 2021.

I'm using a weaker version now, but I can optimize with this new info .. Managed to get a full perfect Assassin build and Warrior build by just playing the game. Guess I was lucky with drops. I watched your guide from about level 40 which meant I could look out for the good items.

Thanks for the blacksmith farming tip. I have been checking the blacksmith, but I didn't know about the two inventories and leveling up.

Played valhalla for the first time today. After 7 hours I'm wondering if they are actually kidding. It feels so chunky to play the game and the combat and abilities are so boring. I was so disappointed that they didn't use Odyssey as a basis for this game. Just like you mentioned in your review video, why are the studios not sharing the code?

TYVM for this tip. I am almost embarrassed that I had not realized this before.

That was the great thing about Odyssey. You could spend all the real world money on Legendary gear you wanted but Epic was better. My final build I used only 2 or 3 pieces of legendary, rest was epic with my own engravings.

I spent over three days watching almost all your videos. It still took me way less time than trying to figure out all this stuff on my own. I am getting all the gear I had to hope or roll chance for. I was able to reload for three different Warrior and three different Assassin builds for my current skill sets.

Great vid! helped alot. Im doing the lvl 22 build, but i cant seem to get any quest from Heitor. I even picked up his sword when i was clearing a fort, but there is no quest to pickup from Heitor. Do i need to progress further in main story or something?

I never finished Odyssey, I got wrapped up in other online games my mates where playing at the time. I’m going through AC Valhalla at the minute and finding it relatively boring in comparison! Hey man I love your work with assassins creed especially odyssey. Now I know you don’t like Valhalla but I found a sweet tungsten farm you should make a video on. So you start out fast traveling to Hamtunscire fast travel point closest to fearnhamme and you can find two tungsten patrols there with your bird. Then you fast travel to glowcestercire to the fast travel point at St. kenhelms church and there are two patrols there as well. Then you just just fast travel out of the area to grantebridgescire to fast travel point duroliponte and then you just save and then re load manual save and then repeat the process for X4 tungsten each time. Though i would share can probably do the same for nickel and carbon ingots I know you would get a lot of views for it since it’s hard to farm ingots with the 1.1.1 update hope this helps and happy weekend! 👍

3:10 I found a bow with +40% fire damage twice on it. I literally thought at the time "What? I didn't know this was possible!". So it's either possible for the same engraving to appear twice or that was a bug.

I stayed out of Arkadia for a bunch of missions. Leveled up twice. Came to do this, and each Blacksmith only has one inventory. This happened to me the fire time I tried too. I dont get it.

Damn i miss the way this game plays and the builds, but alas i cbf doing new game plus Edit: but mmaaaaaybe i can jump on for a little fire spear fun again

I got a gauntlet with both crit chance and crit chance while full health originally on it but its assasin damage rip if it was warrior i would use it cause it would free most of my engraving that has crit chance on it to put other engraving that would benefit my build

Using the Level Up Blacksmith tip. When I find and buy something from one of the Smiths do I need to do the Level Up trick again to reset the Weapons/Armour?

The blacksmiths only have one inventories for me And this one I only just meet Edit: i’ve done it over 500 times and I haven’t got the perfect warrior helmet. Are you sure you can still get the helmet.

Really late and just starting in. But can you find multiple types of armor and swords that had those engravings? Or it a limited amount of those kind of weapons/amor

Hey I know this is way off topic, but in comparison to Odyssey, does Valhalla have the same "RNG" loot/upgrading. Or if I find say a sword or spear can I upgrade the engravements however I like, like switching specific engravings, or upgrading specific one etc.. How does it differ? (Obviously I haven't played yet, but I'm excited too soon!)

can i have every epic combination avaible gear in one localization like arkadia blacksmith, or example best epic blunt will be in achaia best epic dagger will be in attika?

I'm having an issue with the double Arkadia blacksmith location, and a couple of single blacksmith locations (2 in Attika) and it's entirely possible I'm missing something. But I was level 54 had about 250k XP towards level 55 and visited to location, left and got to level 56, (I had visited the blacksmiths way earlier on around the high level 20s) but they're only showing me 1 inventory right now. Should I push to level 57 and see if that fixes my issue or just move to another spot? I haven't tested every single location to see how many only give me 1 inventory vs 2 inventory. Note - the ones I did test it on I made sure to save before talking to them, after gaining the 2 levels to reset their inventories. Edit - I may be mistaken on this, but if i remember correctly, in one video where you gave a brief example of blacksmith farming as opposed to this video here, you mentioned it's possible to lock blacksmiths inventories? Again I may be mistaken on this. Edit 2 - After reading comments I think I need to level up in Arkadia twice as I went to arena to level. Trying that now and will report back :p

If you find items farming blacksmith do you have to level up again to go back and refresh blacksmith after you saved after buying something?

Is it possible that any blacksmith with 2 inventory can't have desired epic item, so you must move after "some" time to another blacksmith to check for that item? for example 90min reloading one blackmith, 2 inv check per cca minute, thats arround 180 inv, still cant get head with warr dmg, crit chance while FH, crit dmg and free engraving slot. In 3-4h (incl traveling and reading guide) from random blacksmiths after locking one, switching to other i did manage to get 2 perfect blunts, legs, arms, chest, shoulder, waist. All I miss is that head :) Thy in advance.

I reached Tegea (Arkadia) for the first time to the 2 blacksmiths location. I'm currently at level 57 and I don't get more than one inventory from each blacksmith for some reason. Reloading the save gives me new inventories but still it's annoying I don't get 4 new inventories and only 2 instead. Am I doing something wrong?

You have to know that I already saw a daggers with two times warrior damage on it. +24% on the first position and +20% on the third position. I bought it at blacksmith because I knew that it's impossible, but I don't know how it is possible, probably a bug.

So if u have used up all the BS inventorys the only way to get new items is to reload a save or lvl up (mastery lvl is max lvl.) Did i get that right?

So once i buy a gear or weapon, i let it go, and then move on to another blacksmith, as i have already used formers inventory?

I start the game i have level 11. When to start this play with blacksmithing loothing? From what level that have more sense. maybe one low level i should just run with random crap gear?

This is bizzarre i cant get it to work in Arkadia, I know ive done it correctly as ive used this before. However ive just completed both DLCS amd returned to Arkadia to start your recent level 75 build and do the blacksmith trick with the 2 blacksmiths. Ive probably levelled up 20 levels since being here before and I also levelled up once more before speaking to the blacksmith but he only has one inventory per save. So I returned to Kephallonia and I get the 2 inventorys again! Cant understand why its not working in Arkadia?

What happens when you find an item you like and want to keep it? How do you keep that item and still reset the blacksmiths to use this method?

Is it normal that I never have 2 inventory? Even if I've waited for multiple level ups and save before speaking, when you talk to a BS, it auto saves and locks the inventory, so you reload the manual save and only get 1 inventory now instead of 2

what if i obtain an item and i still need some? do i load the previous save? and if so, doesnt that take away the item i obtained?

So basically, let me get this right because I'm trying for the items in your tank god build 1. Go to Arkadia blacksmiths 2. Save 3. double check blacksmiths 4. If no buy, reload save 5. If buy, overwrite save and have to level up again? For reference I'm level 76 right now and leveling is a complete pain in the ass. Is there something I'm not getting here? Thanks again

Looting is good for one thing materials for upgrading from weapons to ship

Grr never go to a blacksmith when you are broke... I told myself as I was approaching one at level 78 that I’d regret it and sure enough there’s a perfect pair of boots with crit chance at full health, crit damage at full health and assassin damage. But I didn’t have enough drachmae so I left jumped up on the wall got some loot from weapon racks and came back literally less than a minute later and they were gone! Wtf odyssey!!

How can you talk to the blacksmith 2 times in a row with 2 different inventories, I can only have 1 inventory no matter how many times I talk to him I am playing the latest version 1.5.6

6:09 i have traveled all the way to Arkadia to get to those 2 BS, made a save before i spoke to the first one and when i talk to both, thay ONLY have one of new items in theirs shops. When I reload, the items change, but when i speak to them twice, second time are the same items... I have NEVER spoke to them, traveled 3100m to get to Arkadia. What might be wrong? Did they patched it/change it maybe?

Howdy! I want to thank you for this guide, now i do better understand the better way to find a perfect gear. I have a problem, though. My new blaksmith won't update his inventory the second time i talk to him. Moreover, i went to did two level ups as you suggested, but after that those double blacksmiths in Arcadia won't update their inventory the second time i talk to them. I am playing on PC. Is this something, that works only on PS4?
