The plot is set in a fictional history of real-world events and follows the centuries-old struggle between the Assassins, who fight for peace with liberty, and the Templars, who desire peace through order. The story is set in Victorian era London and follows twin assassins Jacob and Evie Frye as they navigate the corridors of organised crime, and take back the city from Templar control. The most under rated AC game imo. A lot of people skipped this because of AC fatigue after Unity and its horrible launch. I personally adore Syndicate.

You know even i loved this game in the start, hell the London era which was shown omg. The best open world game and best animations in the series ! But i deleted the game because after some time, the story, the gameplay, combat and stuff they just got so repetitive and boringg! Now, that has happened with me so many time but i usually finish the games just so i could see how the story ends. But with Syndicate, im sorry its just same assasinate, move forward, assasinate, move forward. So boring. But as i said best game in lots of aspects!

I completed every AC and I love Syndicate the most! Victorian London is King. Evie and Jaboc are great protagonists! The housing is fun, the talents are fun. I love the music. It fits great. Also travelling around with the grappling hook is the best thing ever!!

I liked Syndicate a lot. It got a lot of things right and I love that your base of operations was a moving train. I liked that both twins were different with their unique abilities. Evie with her more stealth like approach and invisibility to Jacob with his more brutish nature.

Not to knock other folks, but a lot of them seem like they're putting on an act and doing a bit for the views. This man is just a 100% normal person playing video games with a camera pointed at him. He doesn't try any of the over the top shit and his comments and reactions are off the top and what I often say to myself playing games as well. It makes me want to play the games. Seems like he has no bias or ulterior motives, he's not jumping on any trends or hate trains, and he's not doing any of this to max out views and get more money. He's now got a pretty damn good amount of subs and it's because he's a real person doing this and not stuck in a bit like other people.

No. This and Origins are GOATED! And everything since has been good. Except Mirage. Nobody wants to go back to it’s roots. The first few games sucked. It wasn’t until AC 3 they got good. The Egypt, Greek, Norse mythology games they’ve been doing is far better than most of the older ones. Can’t wait for the dream come true that is AC Shadows. Finally going to Japan.

I'm playing it again right now. Collecting all chests. just finished all music boxes. getting 100% is the goal. but haven't done much of the story but liberated all of London and maxed both charaters. Loved this game when it came out and still love it now. Love the content !

In the books Henry Greens life is much more introduced than here...Son of the Indian Assassin master (from the game assassin's creed Chronicles) Then Casted out from India to London because on a mission he couldn't kill and almost died saved by his father. After that in London he lived in messy tunnel as part of a poor community to establish connections, taking care of the people living there and protect them and working as a laborer...Awesome character, but the game ignores him alot sadly

HOLLOW YOU HAVE TO GET THE AUTO-LOOT WHEN ASSASSINATING PEOPLE SKILL It's actually amazing and only costs 1skill point. Also a little reminder when you got the skill tree introduced, You had 4 skill points but only used 2 so You should definitely use them the skill tree is AMAZING!

unpopular opinion: AC Unity was my first Ac game. I'd played others before at friends houses but Unity was the first game that I owned for myself and played all the way through. Despite the general consensus at the time I loved Unity so much that I 100% it. Unity is the only game I've ever 100%. I was excited when Syndicate came out only to discover that I hated the parkour, combat and top hat stealth mechanic. During quarantine I played through every assassins creed game to date. Syndicate remains the only AC game I haven't ever finished.

Its May 18th 2024 (almost 3 years to the day you released this video), i live in Sheffield (England), and im watching youbplay this fir the first time. Ive played syndicate manay times, but after watching the trailer for AC Shadows amd watching you, im going to play syndicate, AGAIN. Because i feel like it was the last proper AC game we had before it started getting all RPG like. Mirage was a nice return to form and i feel like this game always makes me smile. I don't play games (I am too old for that! ha ha!) and I did not know this one. I have just discovered it and frankly, I love it, especially the London ambience... I don't understand everything, because I am french Quebecor, but I love images and the quality. I watch it while I am studying or sometimes as a movie or a tv show! lolll Just wanted to tell you that I love it. Thank you for sharing. Excellent work. I enjoy it. :-)

I remember giving my friend this game before in school, before quarantine began. I told him to give it back after he finishes it. Just my luck, after i gave it to him, quarantine had started, so we never came back to school. EVEN TO THIS DAY, he still has that game, and cannot give it back to me. Syndicate is the comic relief of the series, don't expect any deep emotional story. The Jack the Ripper DLC story was pretty good though. While buying/crafting weapons, go for the 'lethality' stat, Kukris have the highest lethality. If you like to engage in combat then play as Jacob, he has an amazing execution combo move that you can unlock. If you're excited about faster looting, wait till you get the auto-loot skill. BTW, you can also kidnap guards and enemies in this game to enter restricted areas like... the Buckingham Palace.

This game's biggest problem is that it never , not even once challenged me like all the other AC games. I stopped playing it . They brought a good game without the challenge. It was ridiculously way to easy.

Hollow just pointing out the 30fps cloth physics, U can fix it to 60fps on the config files. You're going to need to find your Assassin's Creed Syndicate settings file, as this can't be done ingame. If you have not moved it, it should be in “MyDocuments/Assassins Creed Syndicate”. It should be called "AC.ini". Don't worry if you can't see the ".ini" extension in the file name. STEP 2: CHANGING VALUES Now open the "AC.ini" file with notepad. Once it has opened. press "CTRL" and "F" and type: "FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS". If you can't find it just type it in under “[OPTIONS]”. Once you have found it, and change it from "0" to "1". Again, if you could not find it then type it, and make the value "1". Your now done, enjoy the 60FPS cloth physics.

You can choose to play as Jacob or Evie for all of the side missions and some of the main missions. There are a number of main missions that force you to play as one or the other.

A suggestion with the skill tree, it’s not always too necessary to go too into it, so maybe be careful on your selection if you want really balanced gameplay without it becoming too easy. Like maybe get health and recovery first and some stealth and stuff with carriages first is how I do it and avoid the skills that look like they make combat a little too easy, like knife and gun are still good to upgrade for higher level enemies because guns can help with carriage missions and throwing knives upgrades help a lot with stealth kills when it comes to higher level missions. I’d say just avoid straight up combat skills for later on possibly and some you don’t need if you don’t want to make it easier, and the other perks I talked about are more helpful I think personally getting those for a nice enjoyable play through in my opinion personally.

When Edward's daughter Jennifer found out the truth about Reginald, she decided to let her father know the truth, and when he spoke to Reginald, Reginald threatened him to either give him the diary or he'd die And of course Edward refused. A day or so later, Birch sent his mercenaries to attack the Kenway manor, who killed Edward, kidnapped Jennifer and stole his journal. Birch arrived, ensuring Edward's killer would not do the same to Haytham, and they escaped the household as it was set on fire. Shortly before Edward's funeral, Birch was appointed the family councilor and Haytham's guardian. He had Jennifer sold to Turkish slavers and then told Haytham he would be coming with him to Europe to "search" for her. That's why Haytham became one of them.

People dont understand that syndicate and ac rogue are the most underrated and extremely unique in the series, with grappling hooks and playing as 2 individually different characters and for rouge literally playing as a templer to show that the assassin aren't really the good guys.

2 things that kinda didn't like from this game is that 1 every enemy npc is the same and 2 the free running is restricted. Its like the game is holding your hand not to fall or make mistakes. Also the parkour animations are reduced compared to unity even tho they are the same(animations) Other than that tho its one of my favourites
