So after watching TGAs video also, the yellow notice to get rid of the right of way (where TGA was assaulted) was placed on private land so no member of public could access it to complain about the removal of the public right of way! Unbelievable!

The very least that anyone should expect to happen to these officers, is a severe reprimand. The unwarranted aggression from one officer in particular should send out a serious warning signal to the force that he really isn't suitable for the job. I can only congratulate TGA and YA for exposing these absolute thugs that have somehow managed to slip under the vetting radar.

i believe that is a planning application to build a kennals and yard. These signs have to be openly displayed and accessible to the public. The police property is probably not visited often or passed by by the general public so that's why its where it is. As for the bullies who assaulted you, report them, the public footpath is public for our use and not a reason to assault the public. Just because they are not used to people using the footpath dosn't mean they can claim it, own it or act like they do. Come to think of it,s not their police station its ours and the road and pavement is not theirs either its also public property. Maybe they need reminding again and again and again until it sinks in. The public footpath that circles the grounds is Wakefield 121. Historic Stoney Lane Plantation woodlot makes up part of footpath 120 on the northside. When the Bishopgarth building and firing range were added after 2008, the security gate was not moved to A650, so no evidence of restrictions along the access road. Review of the Wakefield Council roads does not show any Section 53 restriction.

A major complaint needs to be made. If you want a hand, I had 5 upheld against the met last month, including one forcing them to take corrective action on crime reporting. What's funny, is professional standards don't know that I emailed the head of crime reporting to ask what he's done about it. They kept him in the dark. If there is a route between a public footpath and it goes through the police station you have the right away it is the same thing when there is a parfait through somebody's house when they got people walking through their back garden if it's got access to a Padley walk away it is not nice for the Alzheimer's by end of the day they can't do anything about it or changing the roof because you are a police officers you have not got the right to change a the right of a walkway and the officer who pushed you I hope you get them done for assault and all these police should be reported for the way they acted towards you they are lots of Walkways around the country because they can't go through because of the access all they have been lost I will go to the council and trying to find out a lot more

That cops behaviour is a prime example that would give anybody lawful excuse to defend themselves again. Guaranteed it would have escalated even more but the payout would be worth it. Just always make sure you film such encounters. People need to start wearing spy cams so they are unaware of been recorded. Show them for what they really are when they think the cameras are switched off.
