I got refused my appointment because one of these pricks cancelled it. I witnessed a claimant being bullied and intimidated because he was five minutes early (The security twat cancelled his appointment for objecting to being humiliated) This happened 6 feet in front of me. When I asked why he thinks he can treat people like that he cancelled my appointment too. Obviously I objected then I was asked to leave. I refused then they said they would call the police so I left. Then I got a letter 2 3 days later from the DWP 'person safety' officer saying I was now 'marked' as being threatening and abusive and they were thinking of pressing charges. These pricks are denying unemployed people access to services and making allegations against members of the public. They are out of control.

The need for high security at job centres is a clear reflection of the abuse and humiliation unemployed people have been subjected to by staff for decades .
Most security guards are loosers who couldnt pass the phisical and/or mental exams to be cops. Then when when employed as guards they prove why they washed out as cops.
Their Job is to observe and report and not to obstruct any member of the public . They should act professionally at all times and have their SIA badges on show at all times when dealing with members of the public .

Silent audits are stupid, these security drones need educating and silent audits don't teach them anything, personally I can't watch silent audits because it's a waste of an opportunity to give particularly security like G4S who are so poorly trained if at all, at least auditors give them the basics in training, an auditors crash course is better than no training
These guys are pretty sad just rocking up with cameras in people's faces. I've seen videos like this before where the cameramen are interested in practicing their rights. These guys however seem to instigate personal attacks on people for content. Absolutely no class about them.

AB isn't a reputable source of legal advice. He got convicted in 2021 for filming into a court building then went to great lengths to keep it secret. It boils down to one factor. If a security guard has permission and authority from the property owner, then its legal to go "hands on" if someone refuses to leave. Some sites they have the authority, some they don't.
@Auditpundit he had a leaflet from g4s telling their staff how to behave. He got the leaflet sent to him from a g4s employee. He even went to a jobcentre and showed the security the leaflet and they agreed. He didn't make the leaflet just the video
@@peterbonnar3088 Auditors constantly shout "Assault..!" when they are legally removed from a property. Many are too ignorant to research the real laws and rely on what other auditors say - which is often wrong. Its not a case of landowners or security making law, they just apply it (those that know it). In order to enforce trespass law and legally use force to remove trespassers you need to be acting under the authority of the landowner/occupier. Some types of sites such as libraries and supermarkets often don't give the authority for security to engage physically.

If i was in charge I would require all security to wear an ID on a lanyard round their neck, which had a giant QR code on. This way any member of the public could scan it and it would have the reference number of that security so you could write a complaint about them.

What you should do, is have an auditor waiting outside ready to walk through pretending to be a genuine jobseeker. That way the rest of you can get through when they suddenly try removing him after getting their own camera out once within the main building.

1:48 - use of recording equipment is not permitted; CCTV is being recorded for crime prevention and public safety. This is wrong on at least two levels - if use of recording equipment is not permitted then what do they call the CCTV cameras? Secondly - what does it mean that CCTV is being recorded? Is someone recording the presence of closed circuit TV on their premises or what? It's like saying 'My VCR is being recorded' 🤦♂

The fact that the JC needs security, especially these morons from G4S, is out of order. These cockroaches are meant observe and report, yet turban "T" seems to think he is a bouncer. JC internal guidelines openly state that they have NO RIGHT to stop the public from recording, its THEIR OWN literature, even during one to one interviews, they tell their staff that if an interview is to be filmed by a member of the public then they can defer the interview to their management so that they can allocate the interview to a member of staff who agrees to be on camera, if the staff dont want to do the interview then its up to the management to step up and "manage" the interaction, BUT you have a right to your interview and a right to your claim. These staff members who claim you are not allowed in if you are filming are either lying or lying. The notice that was quoted about "no filming allowed" was directly contradicted within its own notice by the "CCTV in operation" but common sense by those whom post these signs is clearly absent!
Re-visit and next time do not hang about and film from windows and warn them you are there. Sneak round the corner and get right in the door where they can not impede you.

G4S has instructions not to touch members of the public unless they are attacked themselves. So this guy should be fired. Cheap 14K gold. At these kind of jobcenters, you should first walk in and than take the camera out.
When I had a SIA licence it used to be a £10,000 fine if it wasn't on display when you were on duty , all you need to do is report these guys to the SIA as you have got the evidence , however your provocative tactics leave a lot to be desired, just another example of how this country is being divided and ruled.
