It is very easy to assemble our 20ft expandable container house, 4 workers cann assemble one unit within 1 hour. We will have 37mw area after we expand 2 sides of 20ft container house. We have already preinstalled the electric wires, outlet, lights, switch and DB box in our factory and the bathroom facility and plumbing are also finished in our factory. Guys,this is way behind in terms of technology that we are working on,our homes are 100% complete including electricals,plumbing,fittings,kitchen,etc.It can be erected on site in less than 3 hours and can be occupied immediately after furnishings(sofa's,bed's,etc). No need to do any finishing work on site, and the quality will be spot on since we will design and manufacture using PLM applications just like the car and aircraft manufacturers do! With the thin walls, in the winter in Minnesota, I'd think you'd feel like an ice cube in the freezer. In the summer in Texas, you'd feel like mozzarella cheese in a pizza oven.

Are these container houses, once assembled, PERMANENTLY erected; or, can they be temporarily collapsed again for transport via public highways to another relocation, where they again can be reassembled? Are there wholesale or retail distributors in the USA? If so, how may they be contacted? What is the purchase price, minus shipping cost, in the USA? A wonderful concept!

Hi, It can be temporarily collapsed again and can be shiped to other location and it can be reassembled at new site. We have exported our 20ft expandable container house to USA before, but have no distributor in USA. what will happen if you are opening the unit in the rain or snow? Would you expect damage to the electrical wiring?

We can use 75mm PU sandwich panel as wall and roof, the price is FOB Shanghai USD11500 per unit, there are 4400sqt per unit.

What is the "R" rating ?? Are the windows dual pane ?? Do I pay less if I use my own lights ?? Will they hole up to 3 feet of snow ?? What are the prices ??

If I buy one, who installs it? Would I have to lay a foundation? Wouldn't it collapse with the wind without a foundation?. do they have A/C and Heating? if they do not have that, could I install A/C and Heating?

you need to install it. you can install A/C and heating, do not need a foundation, will not collapse with wind

Is heavy, and i dont have this equipment that hand,s the wall for open. Is better that was ensembles with fibreglass, is more light. If come a hurricane, then i move to a shelter.

For developed countries like Australia, the wiring must be completed there, but we have it all in place and supplied. For other countries with more lax electrical laws we have it completed. Certain plumbing works will need to be done at the intended site. You are welcome to compare our price and more important quality to that of these guys.

It would be more cost effective to do that on site. The shipping costs and the local truck transport for standard heights and widths without special low loaders and permission to even transport the load would slow everything down. But exterior insulation would make it more livable. Maybe a terrace on the roof with solar and a a skylight would be also be an optional extra.

Yes, it would need to be transported to your country in an open top container. As an increase in height will not allow it to fit in a standard 40ft high cube container. Welcome to compare our container homes vs these guys.
