In this video I assemble the front end of the Swisher mower, start it and use it for the first time pulling it with a Honda Rancher. We couldn't be more pleased with how well it works! It pulls surprisingly easy and is super powerful. I want to put one of these engines on a Go Kart!
The first clip where I was using it initially, I had the front angled down. I realized I needed to adjust the turnbuckle and also raise the blades. You definitely want the mower level. We're very excited to use this on other areas of the property and also see how it works with the blade lowered.
We got a new Swisher Rough cut pull behind mower and we're so excited to use it! We couldn't find any good assembly videos or anything listing the dimensions of the crate so we made one.
The crate was 41.75 x 60.75 x 58 and it's very well built. The people at Swisher were super helpful and their customer service is top notch. Once we get this out to the land we'll make a video reviewing and testing it out.
