My son lives here and it is awesome, well run and very clean! 6 min. walk to the RTD train, 6 min. to Union Station.

They should show you the rooms in the video, with the blue walls the cracked paint coming off. Sometimes the Ac leaking because the pipes are old and they blame the students for putting the AC low when its in summer time and gets overwhelmingly hot.
