Honestly is about time we place all the presidential candidates on one stage ask them questions on how they are going to improve ghana. I think their response will say a lot about their knowledge of what is going on and how to improve it. This will help Ghanaians determine who is best fit for the job and Hopefully will help minimize this npp vs ndc saga. We just want a president competent enough to make Ghana great and strong.
@sethcofie7395, Mahama's answers sounds reasonable and achievable. Not every politician is like akufo addo and bawumia. If a politician make unrealistic promises, he or she is a scammer. We seen them in past 7 years
Bernard, you publicly showed your phone unlock code. Update it ooo, anyone with access to your phone now can unlock and manipulate should they have any malicious interventions.
How it will not be feasible have see JM saying something and he has not done anything about it be4 if nothing at all you will see he will start doing some so just wait and see
You are very funny. So you mean Fmr Presi Mahama couldn't understand the issues when he was the VP and couldn't again understand them during his presidency but now you think he has understood them bcos he wants to come back? We have to be serious in Ghana.
As always, he was awesome in responding to the questions. Very astute and extensively showcased indepth knowledge on all areas of governance. There were no lies, no concoctions. It was really refreshing listening to his delivery.
Mahama knows his stuff. Bawumia will be obliterated in a debate if he tries. All he knows is setting unrealistic promises and selling unachievable dreams
If a person without vision can stand the press and take only 4 years for such infrastructure for Ghana, imagine.... Well, we can see the ones with vision in management....
The problem is not the leader but the people he will delegate to. This is the reason I feel our politics needs a reset with a new party. Then after it will put these two parties who will come back later on their toes.
John Mahama launched FSHS in Ghana. He started with a session of students because we do not have the resources and needed structures to accommodate everyone. Things were going well until Akufo Addo, Bawumia, Napo and the NPP added the boarding students without any dedicated fund base and infrastructure to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the policy. We are all, with open eyes, beholding the unfolding of the collapse of our secondary school education. Let's Build Ghana with and on truth!!!
I bet you think Ghanaians are fools obviously. As at 2016, I was still paying school fees for my ward who was a day student in Methodist girls. So what are you talking about ? You people should show us some respect ☻️☻️☻️☻️
It was the best interaction so far but need to go to the grassroots......education is already free before the political preaching ...day schools are free boaders shd pay ....bursaries shd be reintroduce to assist needy but brilliant students
Keep free SHS - you can then save for your children’s university days - the majority of Ghanaians are poor and hence this helps - if you can afford you take your child where you want to pay but at the very least it gives Options
Eiii you guys what are your guys Discussing, ??? it will be better you invite Akuffo Addo for this type of discussion!! Akuffo Addo is as empty as ever!!!!
Dela Sky now talks like folks in NPP specifically K.T Hammond, Amoah and Afenyon Markins. Your submissions actually don't show you're actually educated. It's like you can't think independently without been bias. Chale learn o and be better.
The fact that people believe Mahama can do something meaningful in a 4 year term where he is seeking a honeymoon from is the reason why Ghana may never develop.
I used to rate citi but I now know joy , citi and all the rest are just in for the adverts . Low class journalism . No one scrutinised JDM to a good level journalism.
@@ahmedsuleman1679 we all witness everything he said but you people out there are saying he did not answer your question instead it was like media briefing
Yhe media didnt know what they were dojng. So you wasted your time to listen to this waffles from JDM, and you call it a good job. I was surprised the journalist there didn't ask him relevant questions, How is he going to get the money from to finance what he is talking about. No economic policy mentioned. Don't talk about 24 hr economy cos that is not a policy. No one asked about costings of the project. Journalism in GH is lacking how to ask questions in politics and even social life.
Dr. Bawumia cannot answer the same questions again.... because he would've had preknowledge of the questions The questions asked were mostly expected.. none of the questions was out of the box .. The answers were not inspiring enough..the mood of the media there tells it all..
It's enough that his answers were inspiring. If they weren't inspiring enough, it must be because he doesn't want to over promise like someone we know in Ghana did in 2016 and 2020. These answers are inspiring enough for me and many more.
Genuine answers that knows where our country is now. The country is in ditch now and anyone who knows governance will be measured in the promises he or she makes. Is not about empty promises just to excite.
I am highly disappointed in the media of our time. They treated Mahama as if he has not been a president before. This is a former president we are talking about. During his tenure, things were in total mess and shambles. Journalists should be professional and not always being on the side of the opposition!!!!!
to the nose mask guy, he answered the question on judges by saying he will appoint fare minding judges (NDC judges)...just because he didnt say *NDC judges* doesnt mean he didnt answer the question.....NDC is nothing like the NPP's unanimous FC...
Talk is cheap and only the high interlect will acknowledge that Mahama as a communicator only came to talk and lie as well. He can make u turn on free shs which is ok. However just launching free shs doesnt implement itself and i was surprise to see the invited stomach ndc journalist clapping for someone lying that he launched free shs as against someone who has implemented and the benefit is for all those journalists seated. Lets wait for Dec 7 and avle and his cronies journalists will be disappointed
The fact that there are no talking points from the encounter a day after shows how ineffective it was. It was just a waste of time, the look on your faces in the hall showed everything, you the journalist were not even impressed. Somebody campaigns fervently against the FSHS policy and now stands to say he introduced it and none of you called him out. You all know what HE Mahama was doing in 2015 was not FSHS. He only introduced something because he realized the FSHS policy proposition by the NPP has caught on well with many Ghanaians. We have to tell the truth and be honest as a people.
Of all the answers that he's eloquently proffering, to me, the big question is, can one trust Mahama ? Is there anything new he is saying here now that he hasn't said before?
The man was just beating about the bush. Most of the questions demanded him to say what he would do about a particular issue, but there were no recommendations or solutions. He was just fighting with NPP instead of telling us what he was going to do if he got the opportunity. He said nothing good or new to offer Ghanaians
What’s there to assess . This person has alrdy left his foot print , yet u guys are here talking abt assessment? U want him to tell u he will come and steal and do wack stuffs? Is that what u want to hear frm him ? U giving him platform to twist words work on his words and then fool ppl again .. Ghanaians oh no .! Is mahama the only person in the country ?!
The NPP came to enrich themselves. Scammers, schemers, cartels and syndicates. Borrowed so much than any other governments but nothing much to show off or boast about. What's government own score card or performance or accomplishments?. Nana and Bawumia have no legacy to campaign on. Their main legacy is economic mess, collapsed of banks, BOG losses of billions of dollars, wasting public funds, too many corruption scandals.
The partisan interests has subdued the national interests, this is why Ghana needs an independent candidate Alan Kyeremateng. Ghana is tired of partisan interests. I dream of the Ghana without NPP and NDC in the affairs of Mother Ghana.
Alan is not part of any problem if you really want to access Mr Alan’s work in public office go to the ministry he served and do assessment on his work as a minister of trade because that was his jurisdiction. COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITY.
You wasted your time to listen to him, came back to listen to this program on RU-vid and will waste more time to reply to me. Your life must be a waste of time
I think your questions are skewed using the word 'Do you think his response was good?' 'Do you think we did a good job?' Instead you could have asked your followers 'how would you rank the journalists question? between 1 (very poor) to 5 (excellent)'. 'In your opinion which is most appropriate assessment of John Dramani Mahama's responses to the question? Suitable, Not suitabke'
@@nambiabright1208 Then expect the results to be highly bias or one with very low degree of confidence and conclusion(s) not worth using. I respect John Dramani Mahama and his high ability to communicate and effectively do so with content comprehension, however if the questions were objective anyone can draw some conclusions from it with a high validity.
