How can Otumfour with all his power allow NPP in power for 16 years and yet Kumasi to Accra is not at least a dual carriage road 😢 rather he goes to hold Durbar to endorse them to break the 8 😢 meanwhile we all know without Kumasi there is no NPP. I believe there are private investors who would like to construct that road and toll it to recoup their investment 😢
