I now had the opportunity to test the console version of the ACC Nordschleife on my sons console. Same base, different wheel, but it doesn’t really matter (Formula V2.5 on my base, McLaren Wheel on the base from my son). I recognized, they take some effects away from the console (lights change on the big wheel from the distance and so on), BUT all things doesn’t bother me. It looking good and if you don’t search any difference, you don’t find any difference. The only difference, but this is huge, the frames don’t drop on the console if you are racing in the night. And that is what happens to me with an RTX4070, 32GB RAM, and a Ryzen7 5800x3d. In my eyes it is better optimized on consoles as on the PC. Why? Because the power of the console is lower than the PC and they take some effects from the console version that doesn’t bother anyone, but save fps. And I’m really on the mindset now to sell my pc and switch back to the console. And btw my laptime is just 1s slower on console with the same car on the same setup as on the pc.

Xbox is holding up great to pc version, would love to see a lap at night. That be great 👍

I have the PC version of ACC but play on PS5 because that’s where my friends are. I was surprised to see the console version looking as good as it did. In fact, I didn’t notice anything missing from the Xbox that was on the PC. Also, the PC version looked to have a lower frame rate than the Xbox version. After a quick check of your computer specs, I was surprised to see that. Perhaps a video setting in the option menu could resolve some of that? Either way, nice comparison video.

Couple of issues here. Depending on your pc setup will depend how graphically superior it will look. Also does the xbox run it 4k at 80+ fps? Because my 3060ti and i7 laptop does it really well. On the plus side. If you haven't got or dont want to run a pc then this is a pretty good port to console.

Ps5 version is so nice tbh. But pc version is def better with clarity snd sharpness with details. But the thing that shocked me is the ffb on the ps5. I actually like it more on acc then the ffb on pc with acc. Even though I main pc. Idk why it's that way but damn colored me impressed lol Idk what it is about the Xbox in general. But my Xbox series x does not produce as good of ffb on any game I play when I compare it to my ps5. Still fun so don't hate me guys but yeah idk. Something is lacking. Anybody else notice the pop in on the borders on pc in this comparison? The fence kept getting blurry and then would focus in compared to Xbox. Pay attention you will see it. Pay attention to the left side of the fence when looking out in the distance.

I couldn't really see any difference as you say maybe night or wet will show up? Either way great dlc.. yes we lost a days online racing but wow what an experience to drive very tough

Pc look very juttery to me xbox runs way smoother especially if you focus on the trees, but tjete is alot of pop in on xbox so id say it looksbetter on pc

Im actually surprised how similar it looks on console. There are some small things here and there on PC that may be better, but it looks great on Swries X in my opinion Some reason, when I watch videos of it on PC, the framerates seem back and forth. Smooth one moment and juttery the next. Looks pretty smooth for the most part on Series X. Kind of strange.

have they fixed the problem for consoles to where you cant play the game unless you play offline? just checking as i am worried that the studio seems to not be attempting to fix the problem
