@@Czamora78 the cop was waiting to talk to the manager to see if he wanted to press charges, so maybe that meant technically there wasnt a crime yet and so the cop could not arrest them. Really I think the cop just thought it was rediculous to arrest them so he let em go.

I've heard that cops can't do anything about trespassing in California, unless the offender agrees to it. So you can basically just tell the cop you don't want to be arrested or fined. I'm not sure why, but I suspect it's something to do with the local governments wokeness.

I haven't either (not for vlogs). Most likely you just need to request it using the 100k support email. I got my first one a year or two after 100k without asking.
It’s so stupid that people call the cops for someone doing a harmless prank. The person who calls the cops is self conscious and pissed off at their miserable lives so they have no time for pranks or jokes. Taking all their B.S out on others. Not to mention that the cops could be stopping a REAL crime.
