Load up Chapter 2 Thule(Ice level)
At the start(Harbour) go up and left path
you see a group of Romans and many Explosive Barrels
Now for the Achievement
I think the way you pop it was you need to throw a roman (hold LB+A) still holding A so you have more time to aim a bit without throwing him directly.
Aim towards the Barrels to the middle release the A Button to throw him and hope you get it, if not die and repeat...you can play on easy and Solo
all we need i think is a chain of barrels that explode and some enemies that are dying from this throw/move.
If you dont get it just die and restart...Achievement popped for me at 30 sec in the Video
