Conny Johansson is a long time synthesizer nerd. He makes all kinds of electronic music under the name Asteroid Killer. In this short film we got to see what it looks like in the studio where the music is being made. He also tell us a little bit how it all started and what gear he like to use.

Totally awesome tour. I loved that funky Studer desk in the middle of the whole thing. It’s cool that you really use the mixer for recording and mix down and don’t just have it off to the side as a simple way to have everything hooked up to inputs.

Geez! If I were in the middle of all those synths I wouldn't know where to start! And probably wouldn't be able to stop once started! So many keys! So many knobs! A little of this...yah!...add some of that!...yah!...reach over here, fiddle with these knobs!...aaaarrrrggghhh!!!!!

Heh! Sommarjobb, Sverige, begagnad synth. Korg Polysix 6000 spänn, 1983, tror jag. (Summer job, Sweden, second hand synth. Korg Polysix, 6000 SEK. 1983, I think it was.)
