I have your twin plate kit which I bought from David Appleby in 2019. My car is a 2010 V8 Vantage manual 4.7. With the lighter clutch pedal it's a lot more user friendly. The light flywheel makes it a lot easier to blip your throttle on the heel and toe downshift. I would recommend this to all V8 Vantage owners, whether you have a manual or sportshift.

I have no issue with my original clutch. I think it’s down to driving style. Infact I’ve just had my clutch changed on my V8V. With an original clutch. I drove one with the twinn plate. I couldn’t really notice any great benefit. However difference strokes different folks.
There is a 10lb weight reduction, so yes this will result in a quicker revving and more responsive engine, less drivetrain BHP loss between the crank and the wheels. And also has 40% more friction surface than the OEM single disc.
