Hello Great video you did there, can I just ask what engine model code is the engine in your video ?. I'm going to be attempting to do the timing belt on my new to me 2006 Zafira B 1.6 which has a Z16XEP Engine it it. D Thanks Daz

Greetings to all. I would be very grateful if you could help me a little about buying this car. I like the Astra H and I would buy a model with a 1.6 16v 85 / 116hp petrol engine, would you tell me something about this engine? does it have a high pressure gas station like golf FSI engines, do they have a floating flywheel? Thanks

I think I am correct in saying that the 116hp version is the 16XER engine which has variable valve timing as opposed to the 16XEP (the engine I have), I can't say for sure about the XER but my XEP has a solid flywheel, hope this helps

Iv learnt we these engines the rocker and breather pipe like to get clogged we thick grime like sludge from over the years and it’s always the cam belt side 🤦‍♂️
