what if the guy whom you encountered was actually projecting in his time 1993 and both of you thought you were going to meet tomorrow in your times? If you really went beyond time you may encounter a reality of 1993's projection. You should ask the person if he is also from that year next time :)
First Last so basically what i try to do is stay completely still and try not to fall asleep. Wait till something happens to your body, like sp. Then go fro. there. But i can't even get that. Is there specific thing i think about while laying there and how long does it usually take to get sp?
Dislike my comment please bro I just keep falling asleep and snoring myself awake out of the ultra rested state. I've never had an occurrence of SP. BUT there are other ways where you don't fall asleep. Sevan Bomar is a very knowledgeable person I enjoy on the "back door techniques" he teaches on his channel inner standing. there are ancient Tibetan breathing techniques where you over oxygenate your blood and the jist is retention to trick your mind into making your body pass out as your conscious awareness sits back and essentially watches the body do this. you can't just ascend right now especially if you never have before though you could just end up with a raging headache. there a plethora of "whole body breathing" techniques that you can practice all day on any position that is just SO good for your body's electrical system. in order to take the "back door" (not drugs) your body and mind have to be in pristine condition I recommend going vegan upping your alkaline content 30~40 minutes of meditation a day and intaking maybe even some colloidal/monoatomic metals into your water and doing yoga. everything is electrical all the important parts of your body your breathing is important most people breathe totally backwards into the lungs but you need to breathe into your stomach. there are air channels that have never been used and diaphragms all over our body that have been out of use since childhood. the 5 Tibetan rites are working wonders for me Google that. so that's my two cents. the are other ways. even reading King Solomon's the greater key that is all about magic and shit teaches you the "left hand path" which I don't recommend but it's a possibility.
Woah, awesome! Good luck finding him! I have one method I've been working on that I want to mention. If I can catch myself in the right spot where I'm awake/asleep enough to project, even if I'm not getting the vibrations, I can get myself to the point where I can get out of body by sort of screaming. Like, I would have to be at the point where trying to scream won't actually make any noise, but I will still partially hear myself doing it even though I don't feel my vocal cords moving. Doing this sort of emulates the vibrations, because it gets the noise going in my head that happens when the vibrations have sped up to that point. If I can get to this point, I can get out of my body without fail. Oh also, just in case you're worried, I've never ended up screaming at the top of my longs in real life, either, there's a strong enough barrier of self control to prevent that I think. I think this works because it is a lucid action that forces your astral mind to realize it's not using the body to act, a lot like looking through closed eyes. It also sort of "raises your energy" a lot like the vibrations do. One thing that kind of got me thinking about doing this way is someone else mentioned the noise of the "humming" when the vibrations have sped up is a lot like her own voice screaming, and since she has a really high pitched voice I noticed a pretty clear difference from when I project. That tells me that the vibrations might have something to do with your own "sound" in a way, perhaps in an esoteric sense they might be tied to the throat chakra.
I spent so long being scared of this. When I started to vibrate, fear immediately settled in. When I was little I used to astral travel without fear or hesitation. Almost every night as I settle in to bed my body will vibrate but I would shake myself out of it. It feels so natural and I don't have to put in any effort to do this. But conditioning over the years made me so fearful. Listening to your videos have helped me release the fear and now I realized what I was missing all these years. The possibilities are endless. It's one of the highlights of my life.
Well I'm certainly not Garrett Lee, nor could I have been there since I haven't projected any time recently - but I observed a really interesting synchronicity to your video that I figured I should share! I watched your video last night, but it wasn't until later when I was looking through my dream journal that I noticed the synchronicity. The night before watching it, I had 4 lucid dreams set inside a school. By the third dream, I wasn't sure what I wanted to work on next, and I was standing in a classroom, so I decided to just experiment with some dream control in front of the kids. I made Abraham Lincoln appear from the inside of a piano, and started talking to the kids about time travel and how it was possible (don't ask, my lucidity level was fairly low and so logic was right out the window). That dream ended, in the 4th and final lucid dream of the night, I was back in the same classroom, but I began to lose lucidity, and a regular dream story began to unfold. Yet again it was centred around time travel though, we were told a time traveller was going to be coming and we had to prepare. After that I woke up. It wasn't particularly eventful, and it happened Monday night, so a different day from your experience - but I thought it was interesting enough to share. I've observed in the past with people that I've spoken to that often people around the world have similar themes cropping up in their dreams/projections during the same time periods. So I'd be curious to know if anyone else projected or dreamed during this time and encountered any similar themes.
Yay for videos in the car haha! What a cool experience! The time thing is so interesting. I once was in the 1950s when I requested to "see a past life." I saw myself putting my children on a bus to send them away because something bad was taking place. It was so strange to be in that time period. Anyways, great vid as always, so so interesting! I'm going to keep doing videos in my car I think, it's so quiet! :)
Guess what?!I almost astral projected this morning!I finally felt the jerk that signals that your astral body is trying to reconnect with your physical body,so I was a little surprised cause I haven't felt that in a while,I tried a escape technique,it wasn't working,so I tried to go back to sleep, mind you it was 6:22 in the morning, and then I started drifting between sleep and wakefulness, and I felt tingly, really tingly, and it felt like my astral body was trying to leave! For some reason I snapped out of it,but that's the closest I've gotten!
Wow! I have been watching your channel for a few days now, since I discovered it, and find your stories totally fascinating. Especially this one! How cool to be able to meet and communicate with somebody else who is out of their body AND in another time! I hope you guys will be able to find each other again! I am thinking about trying astral projection myself, but am a bit scared, because I have had some pretty scary experiences with sleep paralysis. This seems to be something totally different, though. Thanks for your interesting videos! /Nina from Sweden
+UnityQuest who knows. He might have been a bit younger, but I can't imagine he was 20 years younger. I am trying not to get my hopes up, but it would be pretty cool.
If the guy respons saying he doesn't remember that particular experience, but he confirms that he Astral travels. That would be enough... Can't wait to see what he responds with!
+Phase Evolution I think what you say is right for OBEs. I had a very long OBE and around in the middle of it, I thought of my physical body and also that the experience was going on long and then things did start to fade away temporarily. But the curiosity to stay was too great so I stayed until the end :)
Last night, after a second in a row particularly bad bout with insomnia and frequent wake up's in the night, I got so goofed up that I believed (up until confirmation, of course) that I had woken up and walked out of my room to see my grandfather folding up the indoor step ladder … which he had done about two weeks ago as I type this. My initial thought was "did I astral project back in time and not know it?" and I'm glad the thought lingered with me long enough to check out if that's even a possibility. Thank goodness I'm not crazy and that this is indeed a thing.
+SILENT KILLER not sure. When I have time traveled, the details are specific to that time, but I am not sure how you would prove that it wasn't just a simulation of your own creation or actual time travel.
I have had an OBE where I experienced multiple moments of time 'all at once', as it were. Very hard to explain, but these higher, more blissful levels of reality seem to be 'out of phase' with regular time, so to speak. Closer to the absolute where past, present and future are all one..
William Bluhman said in one of his lectures why would I go out of body just to visit the places where I am in the physical all the time? I found my self in my room in the beginning but after some projections I started to go to world beyond anything I had ever seen :)
Phase Evolution by the will. thank you for your videos they also help me getting a better understanding of the practice. Hey do you live in australia? because of the winter
Yes, you can definitely do that. You also don't appear to be limited to past memories of this life. I still don't have a definitive opinion of past lives, but I have experienced traveling through memories that were not accumulated during this life time.
Whoa... you should definitely look for Garrett Lee on Facebook! Or any other social media site? I bet you could actually find him 24 years later! If he's still alive..
I have a question, did you notice that time (in the waking world,) seems to go by EXTREMELY slow? I think I once went wayyyyyyy back, but the time that lapsed in between being awake and in sleep seemed like a minute (wake time) per day (sleep state) wondering if that's common, or if it was related to how far back I went. (Unintentionally) mind you.
@@PhaseEvolution Wow! Thankyou! Yeah I've dealt with out of body experiences since I was a little girl, this one though was the MOST vivid still to this day, I was in and around the time of plagues, colonization and and wars in the north east. It was incredible, and sad. I had a new appreciation for how far we've come, but I wasn't trying for it. It just happened, I literally had to call a friend when I came out of it to ask what day it was, I thought I must've slept for at least 3 days, only to find out about an hour or so went by. I wish now I would've journaled it. Alot of interesting information. Some I still remember, but alot I forgot. There was a huge storm I remember that wiped EVERYTHING out up there. It devastated the land and people alike. This was before RU-vid, and all the info that is out there now on this. I still wasn't 100% sure what to make of it. I dont know that I still am, I do know after watching your video I decided that night to try (as it's been a while) and I was able to get out, VERY quickly, but fear of leaving my body caused me to refrain. Is that also common? Have you ever heard of any incidents of anyone not making it back?
Fear is a natural part of the process for just about everyone since this is so far outside of anything that you experience in the physical world, but there is absolutely nothing that can harm you or prevent you from coming back. You will hear scare stories and see videos of people talking about all the "dangers" involved in OBEs, but they are all absolute nonsense, propagated by people who either have no practical experience or who are religiously motivated. (at least that has been my experience in talking to hundreds of these folks). If anything, the difficulty will be staying out as long as you want to. No matter how long my experiences are, I always wish they would go on just a bit longer.
I know someone by that name. Father is passed. Could it have been his father trying to give a message? Ive come to learn weird shit happens during obes and some things arent what we think they are til a later point in time..
Wonder if you or anyone had yet looked this guy up on social media like FB? And send him a message asking if he astro s? Then if so, if he remembered meeting a guy from 24yrs in the future? Wouldn't that be a hell of a story, especially if the guy had kept a journal or had something post marked from 1993 explaining his encounter!
I looked him up and even think I found him on Facebook, but he wouldn't respond to my several requests to talk. If you dig through the comments, I put his facebook page link in the thread somewhere.
@@PhaseEvolution is that really you? I wondered if you were still around, since you're videos just stopped about 2 yrs ago. I'm sure you noticed, but your videos almost always had 100% likes, which is extremely rare on you tube. I hope it is really you responding back to me. I'm a cross country trucker and started trying to astro 4yrs ago. I've only had 1 really short experience inside my truck one night. But it was amazing enough to keep me trying. My problem is I always fall asleep to quickly. I've tried your timer, which wakes me up, but again I fail back asleep too quickly. I tried a 777htz bio the other night which gave me a really weird, semi lucid dream involving my sister, which actually looked like her.?? Anyways, wish you would make more videos. Not sure what part of the country you're in, but I would love to meet you in person and pick your brain and see what I'm doing wrong. I've watched your videos several times, IE this time travel one.
Hey, yep, really me. Life threw me a couple of curve balls that resulted in my becoming a single dad and then losing my son to suicide. I now focus all my time and efforts on my daughter to see if I can get her through her teenage years in one piece. I still practice daily and do my best to keep up with comments and emails. I may make more videos at some point, but family has to come first for a bit. Feel free to shoot me an email and I would be happy to try to help you troubleshoot if you like. phaseevolution@gmail.com. Usually there are a few pieces of advice that I give right off the bat. First, use the wake back to bed method. That is critically important in the early days. Second, use the indirect method. This is far easier until you get some experience under your belt, and actually still accounts for probably 75% of my experiences. Finally, you need to journal your attempts. I,E. When did you make the attempt, how much sleep prior, how much time awake during your WBTB, what did you eat prior, how much, any caffeine in your system, what techniques did you select to cycle through during your attempts, what was your plan of action for when you get out, where did you practice, chair, floor, bed, etc. This way when you have a success, you can go back and try to piece together what helped lead to that success. Anyway, I'd be happy to help if I can. :) Thanks for the comment.
@@PhaseEvolution if this is the phase evolution video maker, could you personally email me please at Scottwehrman@gmail.com I would really like to converse with you. And really wish you would start making videos again. Or text me at 903-571-4152
+Quietus you have to slow down the falling asleep process as much as possible. This is easiest after you have already slept for a few hours, using the wake back to bed method, then in a place that is not your bed so your body and mind don't associate the place with sleeping, then make sure you are not incredibly comfortable or too warm. You want to be able to relax, but you want it to be slow, like if you were lying on a yoga mat for example. Then you start noticing changes. Feel your heart beat slow down. Watch for hypnogogia. If you do dip into sleep, pull yourself back out immediately. This repeated process is what I have referred to as microsleep. If you need to make it even easier to notice the transition, listen to a guided meditation with your eyes open. Let yourself relax more and more. Your eyes will start drooping, and you will open then back up each time they do. This again, will give you more control over the speed at which you fall asleep. Robert Bruce recommends propping an arm up on your bed at the elbow and if you do lose control and fall asleep, your arm will drop, waking you back up. Just run through this process for a few weeks and it will get easier.
+tss92777 haven't found him nearby, but think I found him on FB. There should be a link to the profile below in one of the other comments. I have messaged him a couple times but no response. It doesn't look like he gets on very often...
Life got in the way and I have to give all my time and energy to my kids and work for now. I do my best to keep up with comments and emails. One day things will slow back down. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for your video I’ve tried many times over the years and itching to my face is a big problem once it starts I know the process has started but it usually goes on for too long then I end up touching it and my body stops or I get nervous then It stops Sometimes I roll over and sleep then find myself out but don’t realise until I ve woken up - trying to go places has always been a problem I tend to end going somewhere else Any tips on how to control movement in the astral I try to think of a place but it doesn’t always work
Teleportation by thinking about a place was tricky for me too. For the longest time I would just fly everywhere. One day a friend mentioned I should try teleporting to places I can see off in the distance. I found that works far far better for me. Somehow it is easier to put myself in a place that is in sight than some remote place across the world. The one exception to this I have found is places that I have an emotional connection to. Those tend to be easier to just travel to mentally.
To me the most interesting part of this video is the induction process. I sometimes wonder if the test which the Itchies is giving us is not about whether we are asleep or not, but whether or not we are determined and volitionally focused enough to retain lucid awareness once out of the body. Last two times I tried to WILD the Itchies were the Ouchies, whatever was supposed to be testing me with itching sensations was biting me instead. It stopped as soon as I moved my body.
+Uncle Buddy at some point I always hope that I can move beyond this whole itching phase, but it has been over 3 years now and they are prevalent as ever so it may just be something I will always have to live with.
This just occurred to me so I'll try it in my next WILD session. According to master hypnotist Milton Erickson, a physical sensation such as chronic pain or a drilling dentist can be ignored completely if a person is taught to distract himself to another sensation in another part of the body. Like becoming totally obsessed with a less annoying sensation. Speaking of sensation, SSILD is very similar to an Ericksonian hypnotic induction named after Erickson's wife Betty. I wonder what other sensation, or thought, could be productively used to draw attention away from the Itchies? Maybe by pretending that one is already through the Itchies, the very moment that the first Itch tries to institute itself? To do that, you'd have to know what's on the other side and mimic that state. As I understand it, sleep paralysis lurks just on the other side of the Itchies? I don't know, I've never made it through them. Maybe in my next WILD attempt I will try to focus away from the body on images and listening in and phantom wiggles and stuff.
+Uncle Buddy that is a great idea. I have heard the same thing about hypnosis. Adam Eason claims that people under hypnosis can undergo surgery without anesthesia as well. If that is possible, surely removing my attention from an itch is also possible. I'm going to give that a try. Thanks for the thoughts.
hey, Friend, I have a couple of questions you may have answered in the past but I don't remember you doing it: 1) Does what you're wearing to bed end up as part of the astral 'you'? 2) where can I find the guided meditations you are using? 3) (if this is too personal, you can skip it) Are your friends and family getting into OBEs as a result of your experiences? You're doing such a cool thing in sharing these experiences. and you are really authentic on camera. 👍
+Sally Adams 1, no, my clothing doesn't end up with me in the Astral typically, although I will say I am usually not aware of what I am wearing while out of body. That being said, it is easiest for me to induce an OBE wearing light loose fitting clothes and no blanket. Not sure why that is, but under a heavy blanket, I have very little success. 2. The Wave I CD is the one I typically listen to and can be found on the Monroe Institute website. I don't think it is cheap, but not 100% sure on the cost since they gave me the CD as part of the gateway experience course I went through there. 3. I wish. :). I try to get my kids interested occasionally, and there is interest but no dedication. They are kids after all and have lots of other kid things on their minds. My wife is super supportive, but not much interest there either. I wish I had friends in physical life I could share this with, but I haven't found anyone with my level of interest or commitment. My channel serves as an opportunity to meet others and gives me an outlet to talk about all this stuff. I hope one day to find someone to share this with in my area.
Phase Evolution good luck to you. my husband and I just moved to Virginia from Oklahoma last fall. we're a few hours from the Monroe Institute although I have yet to take a class. my husband has, apparently, been lucid dreaming and astral traveling all his life and since people don't talk about it, he just assumed everybody does this in their sleep! Meanwhile, I've been trying for an OBE since we moved here and... no luck. I've had lots of vibration, though. When I was in my mid 30s I had a NDE that was super awesome! I'm always shooting for more of that or the flying I did in my dreams as a kid.
+Sally Adams Virginia is beautiful. I actually looked at a position that was open at the Monroe institute a while back, but the pay wasn't enough to pull my family across the country. I would love to work there one day maybe as a facilitator. Your husband is one of the lucky ones that it comes naturally to it sounds like. It took me the better part of 3 years to get this down and I continue to learn and improve. I have always been a bit jealous of people like Bob Monroe who have it thrust upon them, like it or not. :)
I actually don't use any videos these days. I either use the Wave 1 CD, Track 2 from the Monroe Institute because I have always loved Bob's voice and that track has been one of my favorites for years, or else I use binaural beats on my phone. I find that over time, using these same tracks and audio is beneficial because now when I hear them I sink into a deep state much more quickly. I think my mind has started associating the tracks with my desired state and it doesn't feel like a struggle to get there like it did a few years back.
can you share with us the guided meditation that you've mentioned because i tried a lot of guided mediation and i noticed there is a difference from one an other some of them work very good for lucid dreaming
+BlackPearl the one I typically use is the second track of the Wave I CD produced by the Monroe institute. I have heard the CDs are pretty pricey. I got a copy for free when I went through their gateway program. For free stuff, I like Michael Sealy and then I have binaural beats playing in a separate app behind his track. He does a good job of describing things in a way that makes them easy to visualize for me. Here is one of his that I listen to regularly: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CsrhpqiibNA.html ,then I turn on binaural beats builder behind it and find a tone that matches up well.
I don't listen to anything during an actual projection attempt because engaging any of your physical senses prevents the required level of disassociation from your physical body. I wear earplugs and an eye mask to make that disassociation easier to achieve. I do use a guided meditation during meditation occasionally or during my visualization practice though. For that I typically use the Intro to Focus 10 track on the Wave 1 CD produced by the monroe institute. I love hearing Robert Monroe's voice. He is one of my favorite people. I wish I could have met him.
I have tried astral projection many times to a point that I didn't think it could happen. Today I tried to astral project and it toke me like more than one hour to feel a little vibration from my feet moving up to my knees and when I felt that I was like yes is this really happening, and then it stopped. I felt like I did something wrong. And the rope technique I don't really know if it works, but I can't visualize anything. You know when you shut your eyes you just see darkness/black/nothing, right?. The entire hour trying to to visualize and breath I only saw the same thing that I see when I shut my eyes. When you see nothing. Please help me I don't know that I am doing wrong. I got to the stage where I felt numb. I really want to astral project but It doesn't seem to work from me. :(
+Nathan Roseblood if you got excited when progress began, I can tell you, that will pretty quickly shut the process down. Not sure that is the case for you, but I struggled with that for months. Have you tried using microsleep? That works wonders for me. I also cannot use the rope method. Generating a sense of movement is powerful, but the rope method, I spend the whole time concentrating on what my arms are doing when it is really the motion upward that you want to generate. Sight is always something you can attain after the exit, so if you can't see during the process, that is not the end of the world.
I agree here. Stressing because you can't see leads to failure. The feeling of stress is an emotional response: counterproductive. If you don't mind, here's a link to an article for people who have a hard time visualizing. unchainmybrain.com/learn-to-visualize. Maybe it will help.
You can get to know your astral body bit by bit, non-lucidly, in little dreams which accompany microsleeps. You build confidence that way, and it is increased awareness and confident mindset, not method, that finally gets you out of body for the first time, as well as a growing pool of invested effort and partial results. Remember that all dreams are out of body experiences of some kind, and don't let your goal intimidate you. Do your practices as dry runs and have confidence that you will get what you want when the time is right. Put at least as much effort into the indirect exit as you are putting into the direct exit. 90% of the indirect method is becoming aware that you are waking up so that you will remember not to move, open your eyes, or think about the physical when you wake up.
hey Mike I tried and tried to AP or have a lucid dream and I had gotten tired and stopped trying and night before last I just went to sleep and had 2 lucid dreams right in a row. one I became lucid and freaked out and started saying WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP instantly regretted it and wondered why. then I went back to sleep. had a whole other dream and became lucid again and remembered how I love to fly. so I took off through the ceiling..but I was flying so slow and I wanted to go see my mama and couldn't fly faster. So I tried to will myself to.my mom's idk why . but then I woke up . it was totally random but I've been off flouride now for s while . I wonder if that's helping. anyway thanks for your videos. I may start trying again soon
+soldout4jesus37 you'll have to let me know what you conclude about fluoride. I have been off it for a couple years now and it is hard to say if my progress can somewhat be attributed to that or if it is just two years of hard work and practice...
Phase Evolution yes I will let you know . I been off it a month or two and I definitely have more vivid dreams and remember them better . I may just keep doing nothing else to see if I have more lucid dreams spontaneously like that or of dreams get more clear without anything else I was also taking a little melatonin but I quit a while back ..made me sleep too much
I haven't, I have visited people in the afterlife, but it wasn't at all the way Christianity describes it. It was composed of consensus realities created by the needs and expectations of those who were experiencing it. People essentially continued on in shared environments and communities that made them comfortable. When an environment no longer suits an individual, that individual then ends up in sort of a temporary community until they decide what to do next. Take all this with a grain of salt, coming from an atheist, I may not have been shown anything that would contradict my own lack of belief.
I think the reason Garrett Lee did not respond is because when people get older they forget stuff so maybe that astral projection was just one of many he did in the 90s he grew up got a job maybe a family or whatever he does now and forgets all about phase people can forget experiences from being a teenager ain't the same Garrett that was a younger garrett he is trying to communicate with a Garrett of almost 20 years in the future so yeah he probably forgot all about astral projecting and grew up was never a frequent user I guess happens growing up part of life
That would be pretty incredible. I have not yet had any success interacting with people in the physical world as of yet, but if I do, I will definitely be doing this and 1,000 other experiments.
@@PhaseEvolution it would be truly incredible. People would instinctively find ways to dismiss it as something prosaic or hoaxed, but the experience would be beyond exhilarating. A real quickening in the soul. I believe Luis Minero of the International Academy of Consciousness, and his peers have already coordinated out of body meetings with people from in body, to out of body meetings, and fallowed up in body corroborate meetings. But going across time is so profound, because clairvoyance is characteristically based in probabilities. There is all the chances of you not meeting that is most interesting...
A few weeks ago we had a median come to our house and he said there is about 3-5 spirits that live in our house and I’ve never actually been in the astral plane before so I’m really scared they’re going to hurt me or something, but the spirits are people who lived here in this house before so idk if they would hurt me or not. And if I would imagine them to disappear would they disappear cus I wouldn’t want to hurt them. Someone pls help me on what to do, and btw your videos are encouraging me to try new stuff and keep up with the good videos !! 😀👍
One thing I will say is regardless of the intent of those spirits if they are there, you cannot be hurt while out of body. Scared yes, but not actually hurt so in that respect you will be ok.
The rabbit hole man! haha. One thing I might add is the concept of distractions. Notice how you had an objective to explore the school and then some entity pops out of no where to say hello. My biggest hurdles are distractions in AP. Countless entities will do anything and say anything to distract me from my goals. This is something I'm learning and trying to balance at the moment.
+thisisDemo for me the distractions come in many forms. I will be walking through a room and hen be memorized by a chandelier and just spend the rest of the experience looking at it. Lol.
Already did. I think I found him. Look through the comments on this video and I have a link posted to his page. I tried reaching out multiple times, but have yet to get a response.
Yes, I have talked with a deceased friend (actually have a video on that interaction), talked with my deceased grandfather, and more recently, my deceased son.
@@PhaseEvolution I came across the video of you meeting the friend who crossed over, the fellow guitar player, after I had already asked you that question. Being a father myself, Im deeply and truly glad to hear you were able to talk to your son. I had my first OBE 2 months ago the first night I set the intention, but it didnt last long and has not yet happened again since. Im using your 60 min ramp timer for the 2nd night now. Thank you for your helpful videos and the reply.
Faye Mckenna I have been to. I did a weekend work shop with Paul Elder and it only cost me C$300. I leave 10 miles from the place. If you can spare the money don't hesitate it will be the best thing you will ever do for yourself. The experiences I had in the weekend where life changing especially when I was so skeptical about the whole thing. My plan is to go back in June to take part in the Gateway Voyage. If you can read "Eyes of an Angel" by Paul Elder.
May as well share an experience I had once. I was lucid dreaming, lots of random things were going on. Well there was a field, and before I saw the field, lots of things had happened. I was running away from someone who was trying to catch me. Well I saw a guy sat on the field with brown hair, brown eyes and tanned skin... I ran up to him and told him to hide me, which he did. I think laid out a load of sun glasses, and was explaining them to him. He actually showed me a phone. I can't remember the name of it, but it was more advanced than usual and the name sounded more advanced too. I got a bit anxious because I started to think I was lost somewhere and I didn't know where I was. It was very sunny out and lots of people were on the field. Well me and him talked together and the more we spoke, the safer I felt, and the less I thought about how weird it was that I was there, and then we started kissing. Well I thought 'better make sure this isn't a dream', so I looked into his eyes. Well I 'knew', that because I could look into his eyes and nothing about the way he looked seemed odd, nor changed, that this was more than a dream. Well I kept looking at the phone because I found it amusing how I had never heard of it. And suddenly he said "I have to go now"... And because he said that, I woke up. It was a very real dream and it really made me feel like I maybe went to a parallel universe or that I saw the future, or maybe I met the love of my life FINALLY. Thought I would share it, maybe if anyone sees me in a future dream and kisses me, let me know, because I would love to meet you if your face reminds me of exactly how you looked there.
+scandia67 absolutely. I have been looking on Facebook for one that fits what he looked like, trying to keep age difference in account since I don't know which time he was from, but guessing 1993 since he knew the year.
+scandia67 this dude looks just like him! I am going to reach out and see if he ever lived in this area. We'll see if he responds. m.facebook.com/Garrett.Lee123?ref=content_filter
Just focus on the "ident" of that non physical character when you're out of body if you want to meet him again, just as Robert Monroe did when he wanted to meet his INSPEC friends.
Yes, there's a chapter in which he introduced those unique acronyms to describe non physical entities and how they express emotions. who knows? maybe the next time you focus on that being you would find yourself floating beside him above the same spot and it might be a start of a long-lasting friendship :)
That is unlikely. When you travel to different times, you are not in your physical body and I have yet to successfully interact with the physical world while out of body. All I have been able to do is view. Who knows though. You may be the first.
anyway i love it and you're really handsome and i wanna know that Today i saw somebody but didn't payed attention to it what if i could go back to time and see that person again...is It possible...???
I actually did do this. If you look through the other comments in this video you'll find a link to the Facebook page of the guy that I thought was the one I had encountered. He looks exactly like Garrett Lee for my projection. I reached out to him over Facebook message a couple of times and never got a response. So he either thinks I'm crazy or just isn't interested in talking. Or possibly just doesn't log into Facebook ever I'm not sure
Phase Evolution Here's an interesting theory... He looks to be about late 20's, maybe early 30's, so it's possible that he had an OBE but thought it was a dream, and/or just doesn't remember because he would've been so young.
@@PhaseEvolution Man, what a heartbreaking situation. But equally beautiful. My heart would yearn to meet my friend again. I hope you guys get to fly together again, in this life or (the next? I'm still learning about spirituality ahaha). Peace and kindness. 💙
one day when I was in my void state and a needle like thing injected on to my hand very hard.it was like an injection! after I had couple of that I felt something is flying over My body, I felt it's wings.then after that I felt something touching my body in a seductive way.after that I freaked out opened my eyes and I started to look for any bugs that bit me but I didn't seems to find any.im pretty sure it was some astral bugs because of its huge size I felt. their bites are very painful.did you have similar experience.
+Jake Ahearn already in it. Think I found him. I sent him a message. He hasn't responded yet. See in some of the other comments in this thread. I posted a link to his page.
+Dislike my comment please I will put that on my to-do list. I honestly have trouble traveling to other planets. I have made it to the moon once, but usually have difficulty leaving the atmosphere. I'm still working on it. I'll let you know.
Phase Evolution Nice man. When i finally start traveling, that's one of my main goals. But for now i just need to try to focus on getting sleep paralysis.
+Dislike my comment please keep in mind that a full debilitating type of sleep paralysis is not necessary. I never get deep sleep paralysis. I think it is because I never move around at night so my body doesn't need to paralyze as deeply. Just wanted to point out mostly that mind awake, body asleep doesn't always mean a heavy paralysis state. It will involve the feeling of a heavy lead blanket rolling up your body though, and most likely a weight on your chest and a pounding heart the first several times until you grow accustomed to the sensations.
+Dislike my comment please sure. One of two people depending on the comment. Robert Monroe is one of the most accomplished OBE explorers ever. Robert Bruce wrote Astral Dynamics and is pretty decent, but leans more to the esoteric side of things rather than the pragmatic.
