I went back to warn my grandma when she would die. that really was like reliving the memory. I could hear the school bell and my classmates talking. my coat wrinkling as I put it on and ran through the hallway. I could feel the cold air and notice all of my surroundings. My arms grew numb in the cold and could hear all of the usual sounds back in 2016, and I could hear the creak of my grammas old door and the birds crowing. i felt the carpet beneath my feet and i could hear her voice. everything was like real life clearer than a dream. No matter how many mistakes I've done,things that have badly influenced my life,my economics,there is only one place and moment in spacetime I want to return to.We were sitting under the moonlight,the music was loud but sounded so distant because we were no longer paying attention,you complemented me on my intellect and then my legs and I blushed...I should have told you how in love I was with you,I should have kissed you...it's been years already but I feel like I am going to regret it for the rest of my life.Every memory from university,evert pair of blue eyes like yours is making me regret what I did not do again and again and again. So even if I have to believe in time travel,I'll do it because this is the only way.

to all of you wondering if I went back in time using this video the answer is yes and I'll tell you how I did okay so memories are triggered by senses and that's basically what you're trying to do you're trying to remember a pacific time in your life so just think about the place you want to go there and try and focus on what you might have heard smelt or felt that day . I've only gone back four times guys in the farthest I ever gone back was a week so I don't know how to go back a month or a year yet I recommend everyone start off small like try and go back to earlier that day

Wow I've time traveled many times .... this time I was a little girl playing with a lady bug letting it go up my arm I was carrying a basket of bread like in the old days going down a rural road I could see the barbwire fencing.... I was so happy and full of energy! I saw myself cooking the bread on a wooden plate thing in a fire furnace and others around me kneading bread

Tried this for the first time. At no time did I experience anything more than just lying quietly in the dark with my eyes closed. Mentally imagined the previous day at the grocery store. Hardly passionate. Never actually saw or felt anything in my mind’s eye. Kept a short time span to be safe. The video ended, nothing was experienced.

How many times and how long am I suppose to listen to this? If we listen to this everyday, even listen to it when we go to sleep; are we able to physically time travel to a specific month, day, year, time, and location? Like let's say for an example, I want to time travel to the day I was born 01/06/1990; are we able to retain the memories we currently have before we time travel? And if I time travel to that specific month, day and year specifically; will my infant self retain the memories I have as an adult? Can astral projection be used to get information on an issue you're really concerned about? And if so how is that done?

Rasverix Xyleighraq astral projection is merely consciousness having an out of body experience. you are looking more for channelling information, that comes through rigorous training of meditation. specifically building up your intention. not to get distracted with manifestation seeing as its knowledge of a subject that you are intending. so my advice is practice meditation organically, just the usual basics. until you reach deep trance states (not to get confused with hallucinations) but rather darkness and extreme peace and blissfulness. once you can always reach this state in meditation then start meditating with intent. so..set a goal with meditating like..accessing something in the subconscious that is buried deep, that you have no conscious knowledge of. once envisioned, dwell on the psychology of said subconscious experience, disect it to find its meaning/meanings, apply them to yourself to understand them and bam. you have now used the "akashic record" successfully. train that skill and apply it to anything you wish to know information about. even if you don't know the topic of the information you want to know. this is true wisdom, not knowing is the best way to understand that of which you don't know. bit of a mindfuck I know. but it all makes sense if you experience it, intellect is our biggest enemy, because the mind is connected to everything in our perceived universe.

I was maybe 13 minutes in and I see this purple circle. It just keeps getting closer to my eye. Then my face starts to shake. Then this purple light is in between my eyebrows.Has anyone else experienced something like this or did I do something wrong? I got up because I was kind of freaked out and my eyes were moving a lot . Round 2 here I go!

I was 2. I really wanna go back hurry during since when I was born for the first time before later of the month it will get worse for me, all I wanted to do better in elementary school, no need help by my friends and classmates that I used to see them until I almost turned 12 after Grade 6 and I want to convince my parents and myself never send me to the new elementary school in the different area for finished Grade 6 twice.

For me, it's just making what was wrong become right. I want to be a biological father with lots of children like King David and King Solomon as well as end this bad luck spell that I've been dealt with. Lots of children will save my life! It's back to 1994 and warn my younger self the events that will happen as well as give myself personal advice as to what to look out for in the future so I don't make costly mistakes.
