पहली बार मैडिटेशन में यह अनुभव हुआ |मैं बैठी और करीब 40 फीट दूर मैं बैठी |जो शरीर मैडिटेशन कर रहा था उसे पहचान मिल रही थी कि सामने मैं बैठी हूँ और गले से स्वधिष्ठान वाले स्थान तक एक शॉकर लगा है |जैसा गाडियों में लगा होता है और उस शॉकर के आर पार पीछे की दीवार दिख रही थी |सिर और नीचे सॉलिड बॉडी थी बीच का सिर्फ शॉकर गोल्डन और उसमें बिजली दौड रही थी |जब ध्यान ओवर हुआ तब भी मैं उसी दशा में अनुभव कर रही थी |यह बहुत आन्नददायक और शान्ति का कारण था |हम सामूहिक ध्यान कर रहे थे वह ओशो का सक्रिय या डायनैमिक ध्यान था | नमन है आपको |

I used to glide out of my physical body between 2002-2007 and sit and walk around my physical body.. I enjoyed this state and it happened whenever I lay quietly on the divan in my living room.. Then, one morning in May, 2007 at around 11a.m when I moved out of my body and was following my maid servant around while she was dusting and cleaning my house I suddenly saw my beloved father's soul striding up to me in white pyjamas and vest.. I was overjoyed when I heard his familiar voice nine years after his death.. He was livid and was screaming at me.. I was so happy that I told him to sit down and chat with me but my beloved father's soul screamed at me and told me that he didn't visit me to chat with me.. He kept on rocking my divan and told me to wake up.. I felt so shocked that I woke up immediately and felt totally depressed throughout the day.. I never moved out of my physical body again..

I have been meditating since 1980. There is a realization that I am different from my body and I am stuck in it with tremendous limitations. Some times mentally I try to push myself out of my body but nothing happens only a slight shiver. Today by chance I saw your video and have come to understand. I want to share this experience of mine about binaural beats as u mentioned about it.. I think nearly 3 months ago I had a severe headache and I was damn painful so I decided to listen those binaural beats and after 10 15 minutes I felt like I'm struggling to leave my body I seriously don't know what was that , that was really wierd so I stopped right there and removed my earphones and I was total confused what that really was. And now I heard about this binaural Beats that it helps experience astral travel .. wooff I still can't believe that this is what I experienced that day.

Astral travel is possible through deep meditation. When you are meditating very deeply then you will reach a stage wherein you will not be able to feel your physical body and that's the exact time you feel your astral body going out off your physical body.

i dont think so i can completely agree with what people say about astral travel in youtube. cuz the people who have mastered it will never come to social media and give out their ideas. there are certain places and time to learn or practice astral travel. and once we master it we cannot pass the technique onto the world unless and untill we r given to permission to do so by our masters or whom so ever concerned. otherwise it will be against the laws of the nature and we would be responsible if something goes wrong.
