Mine comes with a pretty noisy peep when the nebula is turned on. Not much of a relaxation..

Lasers aren’t good for TV’s or screens to best to avoid it or aim above it.

Correct. My one says it has a class 2R laser, which is quite strong. Most videos I've watched of similar products typically have a class 1 laser. I will be chucking mine as it is too dangerous to use especially around children and pets.

My base looks different. Tbh I think it's a chinese product and many many are using the same base product and add some stuff (like the remote I didnt get or the base that is more beautiful than this).

You can turn the stars off. I forget if they stay off or if you need to turn them off each time you turn the unit on.
