I really understand the invisible pain you feel. If you don't look hurt, people don't believe you are hurting. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago and some doctors believe it's real and some think it's all in your head. There are things available to ease the hurt, a good doctor that will listen to you will be a bonus to feeling better. Getting old is not for wimps. It takes a strong person to keep going and schedule a time for yourself. I know, since I was recently diagnosed with Cancer and have to fit that into my life along with teaching my students. Consider every grey hair a badge of survival as we travel through the roads of old age. Since I am really grey, I have traveled a lot! Take care of yourself!

Hang in there Mikey. I too have an auto immune disease and know how dreadful the joint pain can be. There are good days and bad. Regarding your question: I drink OatPlanet coffee creamer in my one cup a day coffee and water. I have not had any soda in approximately 15 years and have not drank any milk in probably 55 years. Fortunately for me I never liked sweet drinks or milk so it was no big sacrifice. Be well Hang in there!

Oh, I feel you with the joint pain coming from an auto immune disease. I also have that I developed it after they found out I had a brain tumor and they say when you have a one auto immune disease you have several is what the doctors told me. I have not really been told. I had one very long now, so I haven’t understood what I should eat and what I shouldn’t eat so I haven’t come up with a diet yet.

I have osteoarthritis and I find wet/humid or very hot weather makes it worse. You get used to a “normal “ level of pain but other days are just bad. Hope you get results soon. X

I was in my late 30's and kept waking up that way. Plus I had no energy. Finally found out I have rheumatoid arthritis. That was twenty three years ago. I take meds for it that prolongs the crippling part. Forward to 2017 and the same hurting pains with no energy. This time it was my Heart. I had a Quadruple heart bypass with cabg. Don't give up or keep waiting too long without rattling their door some to get in and get some answers. I'm praying for you both. God Bless.

I was diagnosed with lupus and have aches, joint pain and swelling, and stiffness. Be sure to see an internal medicine physician who will work you up for many different conditions to get to the bottom of your issue.

Hi Mikey! I only drink water. When I have cereal and fruit each morning, and water to drink, there's milk in my bowl so I have a little milk with my cereal. I am keeping you and SuperCort in my Prayers. I'm a fan I watch your videos and i push the like button on every one. lol God Bless you both. Remember take one day at a time. Think positive, that helps alot, keep walking also riding your bike except when you don't feel well take it easy rest. Eat what your supposed to cut out sugar and watch your carbs.I eat salads no dressing and proteins like roast hamburger pattie with whatever toppings you like no bun. Everything in moderation right, you want to enjoy life. keep hydrated with water throughout each day.Water = Life. Hope you and SuperCort feel better and better each day. 😊

I love a Monster energy coffee over ice, if I'm at home add whipped cream. Regular Cornflakes and 2% milk. I get bad joint pain but I started grounding, walk around barefoot outside in the grass for 30 minutes a day. I have had significantly less pain. I bet you'd look pretty good in those Speedos! 😊

1.5 or 2% milk. One Diet Pepsi/day! Trying to drink more water in the heat--hate it! I had Lyme disease for more than a year; I kept complaining to my dr. that I had muscle aches and I was so tired--was about 60 then. He FINALLY tested me for Lyme. Bingo! Two weeks of antibiotics fixed it but it took 6 months for the fatigue to let up and I still have worse arthritis in my R knee. Hope they figure out what is going on with you soon. Prayers! The crazy giraffe was a plant waterer; the unglazed part lets water seap into the soil as the soil dries out.

Hang in there you can do this. Yes as we get older problems happens just like a old car. I was in a bed barely able to get up, then I said I am not giving in so reselling changed my life. I push myself to list and hopefully sell. I get my things at estate sales auction there in Vegas. I get so excited doing this it’s giving me purpose again for life. Prayers to all.

As a Lady Of A Certain Age, I drink the fully fortified vitamin D whole milk for calcium, a good attitude, and strong bones/joints - no more than 4 oz. a day. This is only my personal opinion, Mikey, but I think you are looking very well (not that you looked bad), and that the workout that you've been doing is working out toxins from your body that might be causing symptoms as they leave. I hear that all we need to heal is in our muscles. Sometimes what feels like sickness is the body healing itself. Exhaling longer, crying, sweating, evacuating - all are healthy ways to release toxins. And lots of rest, not sleep, but rest, lower stress, slow down.

Mikey you have to advocate for yourself. Keep calling and pushing for a date with the specialist. The sooner you have answers the sooner you can get help. I find that doctors' offices deliberately hire people who are good at pushing patients aside - except for when it comes for payment. Dont take that crap.

I drink 2% lactose free milk. We feed our dogs Acana, too. So sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well. Getting old is not for the faint of heart. Hopefully the doctor will give you the answers you need to help you get better. Prayers to you and Super Cort.🙏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼
