They actually had the bases loaded not once, but twice. Ernie Clement took a terrible swing while the bases were loaded, and it didn't produce anything.

This was a great pitcher's duel. Part of the reason the Jays' hitters looked bad was because Hunter Brown had yet another excellent start.

Hopefully not. They really don't need him for the price they might have to pay, especially since he's not a terribly fast runner. Astros have consistently had the best Batting Avg in MLB this season, what they really looked like they needed was a good/solid pitcher, because they had so many injured starting pitchers and were giving up way too many runs in the first couple months, but that just happened to improve more in the last couple weeks. I still think that should be what they focus the most on.

@@ryanst.martin7635 having the best batting average and being mid pack in RBI's is not a good mix do agree they need a starting pitcher but they will also get Garcia and McCuller back this season.

@@LordEd21-21 Astros have also been solidly #2 in Hits out of 30 teams for 2 months now, and Top 5 in home runs, Top 4 in Slugging and Top 5 in OPS. The Astros would be giving up much more than they will ever gain from having an overweight and fastly aging & increasingly unmotivated Vlad. I hope they don’t make the mistake of giving up a lot of the good players we have now just to get someone we could’ve been incredibly successful without. Astros were the Top June team without him.
