i hate when people say the dolls are boring, it’s just not your style of dance! if you can’t get with all the styles individually then i feel like speaking on who’s winning is very bias. morgan is speaking from a stand point that has an appreciation for both styles! gg’s just wasn’t giving this performance. the diss didn’t even give as much impact because of the rest of the battle.
I use to be like this, I just had to open my mind to new things lol 😂 But you are correct, and if I didn’t like the GGs I wouldn’t know their counts I’ve giving the GGs the 10s a few times this season

Idk I rewatched the battle to try and see if I missed something but I feel that the GG's did great. The GG's style is not fluent, it's hard hitting in your face choreo(for the most part). Some like it and some may hate it, just like people don't like dolls because they are so soft and elegant ppl may not like GG's because they are rough and hard. I feel that it's a preference thing more than anything imo, the music wasn't that bad and the GG's worked out every song they could. I give both teams their props because they are putting in work and entertaining all while juggling life and college so love to both💜💙
Morgan likes the J-settes, so this isn't an argument about style preference. Plainly put, teams can have bad days. Personally, I think the GGs haven't looked as good since Makya led. I think Jack is just okay when she leads. Nothing special. The Dolls were in kill mode. 💯

What I don't like is that she is not a rookie in a senior, and she still doesn't pay attention if she is in her first year I pass it but she is a fourth year she can't make those mistakes😢
Its the folks always saying dolls boring. Its ok if their style is not u preference. But its many other people preference. We get it you dont like their style or the fact that they dont do stand routines.. but the dolls are appreciated in every aspect.. the girls were on and we love this for them! If they boring to u, watch somebody else!

Soya and Herb!!!!!!!!!!!! Dolls won! I thoroughly enjoyed the split screens because they were playing on top of each other and made it seem like we were there. I love the passive disrespect. Southern made a point this game!
I knew Ms. Herb was going to be a problem last year. She would have moments when it came out last year, but she is HERE now! Beyonce is still my day one though lol. The girls are dancing!
The Dolls may seem boring, but they are what you call traditional. Like the Jsettes. Gives you spice when they believe it’s needed. Just like the Settes, the Dolls give you originality and tradition, and it wows us that so many girls can develop the style and do it so well.
Soya, kyre, & herb are stand outs for the dolls. You can tell ms traci trained herb well bc i really feel like she would be a powerhouse as a sette, gg, or stingette. She'll be captain one day. I need the whole gg squad bc it was ok...it's a tie for me
Ms Herb. and Soija are definitely bringing the all seasonings 🧂🌶️🫚👩🏾🍳 the Dolls need to be cooking with. Ms Herb brings the aromatics and Ms Soija has that Umami flavor that the Dolls need. Can’t wait to see what Ms Walker and Sqaud bring to the Classic.
I don't know who is in charge of the song selection... during these battles but I feel SOD has had very poor song selection for the last 2 years, especially when it comes to southern. I feel like the GGS can do any style...fast..slow... whatever.. but the music is always so bad for battle. Just because it's a song everybody knows doesn't mean that it belongs in a battle. You're not going to beat southerns full sound or technique, so you have to beat them in entertainment and think of the band as a whole . The girls dance well.. the band played well... but it just didn't come together because of the song selection. Entire thing was off for me.
I think it’s the man with the director with the dreads, I think don’t knock me! But they definitely need to work more on that for next season!!! They work on that and they sound and they going be 🥵🔥

Honestly, I am so over the petty comments about the GG’s, from uniforms to any little mistake. It’s too much. They are beyond awesome dancers with their own unique style in uniforms and dance. Period!! A Southern was better than before, but did not out dance the GG’s in the stand. A blind man could see that. Personal opinions are just that, PERSONAL opinions. I don’t know how I feel about that. 🤦🏽♀️
The Dolls had alot Of Mess Ups Compared to the GGs but The Performance level was More than what theyve been Giving all Season & The GGs look like theyve been looking all Season Cohesive with High Energy & Attitude NOTHING is different when Mykya Leads or Jak Leads its The Numbers that make a difference with them.. Also, They’re uniforms lately have been Catalogue uniforms thats why they resemble other teams uniforms

Chiiiile the saints want the Dolls flouncing around shaking their asses like every other team and there’s nothing wrong with that…but that’s NOT THEIR STYLE. I’ve seen the Dolls EVOLVE and KEEP their style at the same time. There is a way to stay true to yourself and still grow at the same time and they’ve been doing that. Just say you don’t like the style and move on. But at the end of the day you’re still gonna be watching their videos 😂😂😂
Dolls are not boring they are just not your style and y’all should maybe watch them (just them alone) & Jak can lead for sure this just was not her game! They still ate but it’s the band and their song selection. When your song selection is not good it throws the girls off that’s why y’all don’t “like” some of these teams!!
I like that the Dolls were cleaner and had more spunk this game BUT the GGs were more entertaining and danced with more power. Both lines did good but GGs all the way
Herb by far is most consistent this year but Morgan miss Naomi is rockin her clock this game. She’s giving me Connor McGrew clean in the boogie and pretty and bodied. What else can you ask for.
I think GG’s had a solid game. I always enjoy watching them cause it’s always gonna give clean and energy packed! But i wasn’t a fan of the formation. I think they could have done the traditional formation and changed for formation for power cause power was superrr cute ! Also the music was “meh” but okay i guess …. Aside from that they had a solid game!
Morgan, the issue is with JACK, not you💯💯💯. MaKya should lead during the 5th. She brings both ENERGY and MUSICALITY. Jack has plenty of ENERGY but lacks musicality, so her counts never match the music from my perspective. Also, MaKya makes the girls dance together, while Jack tends to focus on row-by-row and 2-by-2 formations, even when they don't fit the music. --The DOLLS took care of business. 💯💯💙🔥💙🔥
I can't put my finger on it, but the GG's don't have that spark they normally have you know that undeniable cohesiveness and electricity between them that's normally there.
It was the dissing for me (that threw me off) i want them to drop that and the formation for 5th quarter was ok I didn’t like it!!! I feel like for Soul Bowl Jak should lead for 0 quarter & Kya should lead for 5th quarter!!
Some games aren’t battles. Just execution and dance. This screamed that. Two different collegiate style of dance, two different captains and approaches. If anything, all the teams are due a little flair. Could be wardrobe, dance, spacing, music, just let the teams deliver us their style without being so personal. We are all viewers… on a screen.
Sorry not sorry but the dolls did it for me I love both teams!! I love me some Nelle!! But the dolls looked extra cohesive this game and the FIRE was there!!

It’s you, Morgan!! The GG’s are slaying as always. I felt them throughout the entire game. However, I struggled with the dolls as always. I don’t care what formation they use, the material is boring. I own that it may just be me. I’m just not a doll fan. 💜💛 Your facials while watching the GG’s speak volumes. Morgan. 🤷🏽♀️
Don't get me wrong because I'm a huge GGs fan but it seems like all the counts looked the same. Both of them started out strong and then they both lost me. The same with the dolls you notice the repeated moves. The songs are a part of the problem as well.
Morgan I had that same reaction as well when Cavi messed up at 39:48 cause like girl pay attention !!!!! Like it was almost perfect, but also them slowing the song fein down was an adjustment for the dolls don't know why they slowed it down. As for the GGs the disconnect is the balance of hard hitting and soft. They were constantly hard hitting instead of implementing soft and balancing both soft and hard hitting.
I Love the ggs but I do feel like the fifth quarter was better for the GGs and I also feel like the energy isn’t there for this game I feel like the size plays a major part I hope they get it together because the jsu game
I agree the ladies energy Wasn’t like when they went against stain dolls but the GGs has approved so much. And the dolls did amazing classic dolls.. the altogether counts needs some work.
I hope Makya leads against Jsettes cause jak dies nothing for the fans . We tired of the row by rows honestly . When Makya led she had them girls on their toes dancing all together . Jak counts don’t match the music at all sometimes. Their best bet is to put Makya upfront one more time too get the win over Jsettes
But what do the dolls bring other than the same shit that they have been doing?! Like can someone please explain,because we have been seeing the same slow soft counts just to different songs AND THE GIRLS STILL FUCKING UP lmao,kyre and 2-3 other girls are the only ones that are consistently giving energy every game but everyone else is just there. Well I’m just gonna say I’m a doll fan and this is the best I’ve seen them in the stand. Previous games the captain was just throwing count didn’t match the music her energy would be off. The team feed off your energy. Good job at this game
The dolls going against squads that buck, that throw, that... Jak... that Laneia makes them look boring. I mean they dont excite me but their style is there own, they are showgirls, like old Hollywood and it's glam! 🥰 But GGs, and Jsettes bring something else. I think Motion, Stingettes, Orchesas are better opponents for the Dolls. I like the stands here tho. But like is about evolving, everytime learns that sooner or later.
