Our own people 10 to 20 years back was not willing to work as grade 4 staffs thus the non locals took the opportunity and filled the gap though it is not too late. The ASU initiative is worth applauding.
They are talking about job for their onw people their own district 😂😂 not about local or non local if u don't belong to their district u can't work 😂😂😂
ASU when you work, remember that Nagaland belongs to all the Nagas, which means you have equal rights to check the rest of the state. Please work with high integrity, we are with you. Cheers to ASU👍👍👍
Lol many not getting this! They are not only against non local or non indigenous Nagas. They are fighting for the reservation of 4th grade jobs under district offices only for the indigenous inhabitants of Kohima district. The rest of Nagaland tribes should wake up. Scheduled Tribe and Indigenous tribes is sufficient for applying any jobs in any department of Nagaland under government of Nagaland. There are many offices in Kohima that are not available in other district...for example NHAK. NHAK is not only reserved for Kohima indigenous citizens. And even for district offices the Government has the authority to appoint any legal citizen of Nagaland if the office land has been been already bought by the Government except in cases where the land is donated and MoU signed with the land owners
Yes, you are absolutely right.... many people are not getting this.... thinking that its about non local vs local.... but they are not getting that its about 1 tribe 1 district and all 4th grade are their jobs... i am facing that too.... i am angami but i am married to an AO tribe and staying in mokokchung more than 10 years but still i cant apply for job because i am not AO. ... why this is happening ... why.... even i am not getting PRC from here.... i feel very bad... my document address is mokokchung like PAN, ADHAAR, PASS BOOK, VOTER, RATION many more...except my birth certificate and for which they dont except me as them... being a woman is very difficult to stay in this world... we are of no where..
