Technically, Kirito hasn’t seen Asuna for YEARS, and then to find out that your fiancé is now suddenly in the game with you, would be pretty surprising and emotional, whereas Kirito has only been with Alice for months at that point.
Lmao as much as I love Alice, her "fighting by Kirito's side in a full night, and living with him under the same roof in 6 months" is very low compared to the Legal Wife slash Asuna. Again, Alice was informed that the enemy has infiltrated the back line so I think its logically to strike without asking "let's have a good convo". And she did ask who asuna was, and obviously asuna' s answer wasn't the best. When you mention "Alice would go against any woman who goes near kirito" is false, the only example you have is fanatio, who purposely teased Alice. Ronnie and tiese are perfectly fine (Alice knows Ronnie likes kirito too) smh. You hardcore asuna fans just cannot bare with other female characters being stronger than asuna, being more badass, or being more independent. Quite pathetic. As much as I like Asuna and Alice, Alice wasn't really in the wrong here. This is a war. You don't ask questions. The second you have doubts about something is the second you can lose your life. Though I do believe that Alice has some sort of feelings for Kirito due to her constantly being with him (even if he's a vege), she still doesn't know that because of her strong belief that it's her obligation and duty to protect him until he wakes up. And because shes a brainwashed IK, shes kinda dumb and lacking in the whole emotions area.

...... um Asuna and kirito stuck in Aincrad 2 years, dated outside world for about 1.5 years, plus Eugeo's dead..... bruh, Asuna wins, over 3.5 years. but if your talking about their childhood too, Kirito barely remembers it, he mainly remembered that day Alice was taken away because it's the most significant and since his memories are still blocked. So in reality, Kirito has been with him for 2 years.

Haven't watched the anime yet, but she straight up does tell her they're dating. It's just that Alice, being a sheltered IK, questions if dating meant a romantic relationship or not. Which is why she thinks that taking care of him was as good as dating. Plus, Asuna's main goal is not to fight with Alice, but to bring her back. No point in getting Alice pissed at her, which would make the while situation even worse.

They havent graduated High school yet but nearly does, thats why Kirito asked her to come along to learn in a US universities.
I think we are also missing the biggest play for Asuna. The two are engaged (they haven't told anyone yet) but the two are engaged. The two went camping, watched the meteor shower and got engaged at the end of the Ordinal Scale.
