One of Thy’s friend during her taste test said that the more ripe Connie Mayer is the more of the coconut flavor it loses and more of the lychee flavor comes out. Can you do a test to see if this is true?
lemontea128 , yes . I love Connie Mayer if you let it ripe to more yellow pink skin the favor just as much Asunta 2 .. hint coconut and lychee juicy flavor the end . This two varieties are my most favorite .
