I have the AYANEO retro one that cost me about $1200 with all the upgrades and I still prefer my old flagship 512GB Steam Deck LCD. I'm a little biased on Steam Decks since it runs on Linux and Linux is my main OS (Glad to finally get away from Windows!). I'll be getting my Steam Deck OLED Limited Edition on Friday (2 more days!). I prefer playing AAA demanding games or highly competitive games on my Desktop Gaming PC with a 4K 240Hz monitor, mouse & keyboard. I feel too guilty to play retro or any low demanding games on my gaming PC 'coz it feels I'm wasting all that power. The Steam Deck will be perfect for those retro & low demanding games for me! 😁
For sure ! It really falls down to what fits your preferences best and depending on what those are you'll either fall in with the steam deck or ally or anayneo or legion go these things are crazy awesome
