I have my own custom keyboard now, but it makes me happy to see that companies are starting to pre and factory-lube switches and stabilizers on their keyboards.
This keyboard is a dream. I love my Strix Flare but hated the plastic feel on the typing sound because of the pingy, wobbly stabs and the hollow chassis that just make typing feel too loud. And this time, I can put silent linear switches in it! Hopefully.
the only reason that USB cable is non detachable is for you to buy another one once the cable fails. I bet engineers who designed this and marketing must be arguing whether to do this or not.
Finally a hot swappable keyboard from Asus, i hope other brands will follow such at razer, corsair It just launched here in Singapore at price of S$349 = P13,275
I had to change to the Gamakay Pegaus switches, the switches they came with were way to load for me. Also switched to the Razer Doubleshot PBT keycaps.
chances are if you are paying the premium for this keyboard you can go a bit farther and either build a custom keyboard or pay someone to build a keyboard for you. If you think this sounds good, a custom properly modded keyboard will blow you away.
ive had a asus rog mother board mouse and graphics card. what do you mean armory crate is bad. or r u just one of those people that have never used it before and are listening to what people say about armory crate on the internet. armory crate is better than razer synapse. explain what issues you are talking about
I put "To Follow" on the description for the link since it's not yet available, I was told the stocks are still incoming and the price would be around Php 11000 give or take.
@@velse9869 i am just not a big fan of software doing such a job. and would be much easier just to have the button on the keyboard. :) i only have bad experiences with software to turn off a specific button or a touchpad on a laptop and such things.. they usually only stays off until restart then you have to do it again sadly :(
