Hry brother its my first comment..Please help me solve my laptop issue i have same laptop G513QY. i have updated to windows 11 and bious upgrade. Now i am having issue of Black screen after restart..sometimes laptop turns on like normal .. sometimes i am getting black screen. please help me solve this issue.
@@M4Arena It honestly sounds like it's having the same issue as my Alienware m18 laptop was. The integrated GPU is probably having issues with the new drivers. So if you disable it the problems will stop. Although it will make your battery life worse. But most people aren't using these on battery but still.
@@XxViciousxX i just disabled the integrated graphics but still getting same issue. This issue mostly come when i close the lid of the laptop..i checked the hinges but they are fine..
The 5900HX has integrated vega 8 which needs 24.3.1 (the latest vega driver). Since the laptop also has an RX 6800M, you need to go to the 24.6.1 release notes and under the item "Systems pairing RDNA series graphics products with Polaris or Vega series graphics products" you need to download the combined driver. Before installation, delete the old drivers with the DDU program.
@@Stiven_Crysis So they basically abandoned the old Vega. Drivers it sounds like. I disabled the Vega graphics on my Alienware m18 and it's been black screen free for a while now. I'm still not ready to call it 100% fixed. Because every time I do I get people telling me they still get black screens. Unfortunately with the Asus g15 advantage you can't disable the integrated GPU without having a external monitor. Since it does not have a MUX Switch like the Alienware does. So even when you use the dedicated GPU it still has to go through the integrated GPU to get to your laptop screen.
