I look forward to this series every single year. The production quality of this is just incredible for a youtube miniseries. Well done to the production team on this one. Also, I cannot wait for football season to come back around!

Only complaint with this series is its way too short. Need more!

When I hear Ballard talk to staff, he is always so positive about their capabilities. He is a great leader. He also takes the blame, even when it isn't his to bear.

Matt really reminds me of Kurt Warner and a bit of Peyton when he speaks he's calculating everything and every word, he seems really cerebral.

The one thing that sticks out to me about this episode and Matt Ryan in particular, as soon as he arrived and met Ballard, he said, “thank you so much Chris!” That to me, indicates a guy who is humble and ready to work and genuinely excited about his future in Indy, as we are excited as colts fans about his future in Indy. I genuinely FEEL in my heart, this was the right move for the team. Matt Ryan and WHATEVER weapons we get tonight and tommorow, plus this top 5 defense on paper, make us INSTANT contenders in the afc. Lesgooo #fortheshoe

In Ballard we trust… Ballard have come a long way to put our team together back where it belongs since Peyton Manning time. Ballard have figured out the missing pieces of the puzzle so great which is why I have confidence in our team that our time is coming for the world to see the next Super Bowl contender. Our scheme fits Matt Ryan perfectly because our playbook is more of a pocket passer control leader like Peyton. Now all we need is to find a legitimate TE player like Dallas Clark, and a great WR to help Pittman like Wayne and Harrison combination back in good old days along with some OL to protect our legend QB. Thank you Chris Ballard we as diehard Colts will always support you 🙏🏼

I'm just about done with Ballard. He's a cliché machine when he talks and his draft history is actually pretty mediocre. Free agency?? Not even gonna go there. He also allows the head coach to coax him into making personnel decisions he really didn't want to make to begin with and then doesn't hold himself accountable when they don't work out. He's going on his 6th season and has built a roster with no depth whatsoever. He mocks and trolls the fan base and then laughs about it. Fans wanted the Honey Badger so he goes and signs "the other former Chiefs safety" just to stick it to the fans. Last year, he waited until the 7th round of the draft to pick an OT just to stick it to the fans.

It’s so painful to even watch those highlights of the debacle in jax and the loss to the raiders. Literally breaks my heart. I haven’t watched either games highlights and I’m still heartbroken. With that being said, I BELIEVE in Ballard and CANT wait to see who we get at 42 and what other weapons we get for Marty ice. Love the Gilmore pickups and yannick. Top 5 defense easy. Just gotta focus on weapons on offense now. Lesgoooo #fortheshoe

I respect Ballard more each time I hear him speak. He's right, you can't react to the end of the season now, you have to look at WHY it happened, and then try to fix it. I know everyone wants to blame 2021 on CW, and he has some blame. But it wasn't all on him. Dumb coaching choices, poor player performance (other than CW) are ALL to blame.

Another year of mediocrity as ballard gives us another stop gap qb. There's no sb ceiling. Fix it or get out of town ballard!

As an Eagles fan who loves The Pat McAfee Show and all that Frank Reich has given to Philadelphia, I truly consider the Colts my favorite AFC team. I believe and hope that Matt Ryan can take this team to a couple of SuperBowls. #ForTheShoe PS: If I was to ever get a Colts jersey, which player would the Indianapolis fans recommend? :)
