I'd love to hear Mr. Irsay's take on "The final decision". His first draft pick as GM, then his first pick as an owner. How he is able to hold onto control while relinquish command of day to day. Where his daughters have stepped up and his grand vision of what NFL ownership has taught him.

Weird question, but why do all of the scouts individually time each player with a stopwatch? The Combine has a much more accurate timing system, right?

Colts need a line backer somewhere n the middle rounds, we need an interior olineman, some depth olineman that's able to play multiple positions, like a tackle that can play guard, a guard that can play center and tackle in an emergency, dB, some guys depth guys can get thru udfas after the draft, free agency for guys we didn't get in the draft like ya-sin ??

With the next pick in the draft....Ballard picks a D lineman that won't pan out, then a corner that does the same in round two when we really need a receiver cause we don't have any db's on the roster and we have no QB!

I just don’t believe in Chris Ballard or this scouting teams ability to hit on a QB. This is a trade back or best player available that’s not a QB.

Chris Ballard is so unbelievably arrogant for someone who is LUCKY to have a job. Entering year 7 with no division titles and 1 playoff win.

Notice they showed all the QB schools without saying they went to all the QB schools.

You can tell Ballard likes doing scout work. Time to make him a scout and bring in someone who wants to be an actual GM

my opinion is with how steichen is developing QB’s why would we take levis when we have ehlinger..already been around the offense and playbook as well so i would find that to be a dumb pick
