To preface this, I rarely comment on RU-vid, I've seen a couple videos from this channel in the past that I remember being helpful entertaining enough etc This came up as recommended and I found this close to useless. Sure these excercises would technically help a bit, they do use the same muscles. It's very obvious the resistance equipment isn't needed, and your feet dont need to accurately step a measured space while running and gunning. I understand ad revenue makes the world go round and you were obviously sponsored with an affiliate link, but this just feels shamelessly pointless. I'd rather you have a bit about the equipment and say hey guys I like these and they work great if you're into fitness and then some content more related to paintball, that would have earned me as a subscriber Keep doing your thing, grow the sport, and make a living out of this, I'd love to see that happen, but this video does NOT make me want to subscribe. I only write this comment for constructive criticism because I figured youd like the feedback! Cheers!
