I'm the same with gold. I've been loving gold nail polish more. My husband said there's a difference between me liking gold on my fingernails and gold on my fingers because I still am not a gold jewelry person. And yes, Eclipse Part 3. lol 💖
Your pond mani using Midnight Kiss is really beautiful. That's my favorite shade of the set. I think ILNP needs to mix it up a bit too. I get bored seeing the same shades all the time. TFS!
Those are certainly pretty polishes. I have several of them in my wish list on Amazon, but I've never ordered an Indie polish yet. Isn't is odd how something we don't like all our lives and then one day, we actually like it? To the point where it became your favorite from the collection! Now I am curious as to what changed. You'll have to tell the story some day. I really get annoyed when brands put out the same colors over and over and just give them new names and add a drop of something so it's almost not a dupe but really IS. OPI annoys me like that.
There are some good ones in there for sure! I think it's THAT particular shade of gold. It's kind of muted and matte in person. It's kind of like she picks a color, then makes a warm tone and cool tone color of it. It's just getting a little repetitive.
Are these actually that sheer and requiring building, or is it cuz they're being painted on clear tips? Also, I HATE gold for jewelry, I think it's super ugly, but within the last few years, gold polishes have started to stand out to me and can be super pretty.
They are really sheer on the first coat, but I do think the clear exaggerates it a tiny bit. They are normally full coverage in 2 coats. I’ve had a few take 3 coats. I used to love gold jewelry. Now, I’m a little meh about it. Funny how that stuff changes as we age!
Omg, it was so annoying to have that come up in all those videos. I’m really having lighting issues since I swapped rooms. It may require research to fix.
@@girlienails66 oh same! I work full time too and have to film at night or on the weekends. I film a lot in batches. I might literally spend from 8am-8pm on Saturdays filming and such and filming as much as I can. We also have a garden started for this year that’s taking up a bit of time. It’s almost time to transplant and get stuff outside, so it’s busy around here and I just haven’t taken the time to figure it out yet.
