It was a fantastic weekend and loved every minute of it, thank you and so pleased I got you Moto GP tickets for Xmas (hidden in peanut M&Ms lol) It was lovely seeing you so excited the whole weekend xx
Yeah she did, I am so proud of her, she is still in early stages of confidence on the bike but with some time and practice I know she will get better. Mind you, I don't want her eyeing up my bike lol!
+Mark Jones oh, after your comment Input the TT on the TV at home and the rest of the family could not believe it!! What an epic race- it is seriously crazy but I think you are right, it would make a hell of a video!!!
Tamsen Cooper I go every year! Not as mental as it was in the70,S!But well worth a go!!I be out there wit my miss,S!On her sv650!See we met 15yrs ago!Luv it!🙆🙌
I agree that everyone should do the beginner course. At worst you will decide it is not for you, but you will still have learned the basics of riding a motorcycle, which is cool.
Please keep making more SV videos! NOBODY else has a YT channel dedicated to the SV650. Id love to see videos on how to rejet the carbs, fix the weeping clutch cover(common defect with the SV), Set front and rear suspension sag, replace valve cover gaskets, replace shift shaft, split the engine cases etc. I know you only make a video for the SV when its the specific thing youre working on with your personal SV but you could always find other people who are making the repairs to theirs or pickup a donor bike and do the work to that one! Also I am SHOCKED that you dont have at least 100k subscribers.
My subscriber numbers are climbing, and I do hope to reach that level, but the more people like you share my videos, the closer I will get to that! Some great ideas for some videos there, I like the idea of a diner bike to work on... more videos coming soon!
Tamsen Cooper Ill bave to share your channel on SVRider.com. Its an SV650, 1k, Gladius and V Strom forum thats huge here in the states. Theres new riders registering there every day. Im sure that will help you get some new subscribers!
What an excellent video, great to see her giving it a go then getting her own bike. I was useless on my CBT, don’t know how I managed to pass as I couldn’t seem to go in a straight line. Wasn’t till getting on the Bandit 600 (after 3 lessons on a KMX125 that things clicked and I started to enjoy the experience
I think it is tough to learn to ride a bike, at least when you are in a car you can sit an look at the controls without falling off! (which I did on my CBT, and broke the indicator) Pleased you are enjoying it now though!
Tamsen Cooper My girlfriend fell off on her CBT and it frightened her so much she managed to get a refund for all her training and just used her CBT to ride a scooter for a few years
Yeah, she is enjoying it, spent some time sunday evening in a car park practicing through the gears and she is doing great, her confidence is growing all the time!
Nice one! I think everyone should at least learn to ride a bike - maybe then biking would be even safer as other road users would understand from a bikers viewpoint. I hope to see your g/f riding happily in later vids. :>)
I totally agree, I think it makes you a much more aware rider/driver when you have experienced both. Those experience sessions at events like that are amazing!
