Mine only had the white box and cables nothing else, I only plugged it to the wall and that’s it because the cables didn’t have other place to be plugged in.
Same, and I've spoken to three "tech support" people, each giving me the same answer but extending the time frame: "You have received your gateway, please wait until 2 p.m. to activate." Then at 7 p.m., the second person said to wait 30 minutes, and at 9 p.m. the third said to wait until midnight. It's frustrating.
@@austinmay4526 I called and complained - I was pleasantly persistent. Meaning - I called until they could send a new modem and scheduled onsite tech. I had to have them mail a new modem to me. Then the tech guy came out to connect it. I was without internet for 3 days. It sucked.
