Personally, if am upgrading myself am not doing it for people. Am doing it because I want to feel a certain way. Example, when I used to live in a single room, then my salo ikaongezeka kiasi and I decided that I want to have my own washroom, so I moved to a bedsitter. And I upgraded my house, not for anyone really because I don't even like visitors. So, not everyone does it to be seen.
