I bought this unit not expecting too much. It has blown me away! I haven't even downloaded more games yet on an SD card. The joysticks are solid! Glad I opened my Christmas gift to myself early this year! Great video review!!! A+++

Thanks! I was surprised also. The stock UI and the save states are great. And the ability to add games makes it a great device for any living room.

I bought one and I'm very happy with it. With the firmware updates and it being expandable.

Check your Firmware version. Mine was v1.20 Once I upgraded to v1.30 and the issues with the controllers not communicating with a majority of the games went away. Almost returned to Costco. This is covered towards the end of the video. YAY! Thanks!

My wife got me this for Christmas. She played Atari games as a kid...I didn't. The games it has I don't even recognize. The controllers, totally inconvenient when you're used to an SNES controller. I was about to return it and get a more generic emulation box, but first looked for an SD slot. I looked up videos like this and got it going with some NES and SNES games and different controllers. Seems to do passably well. It struggles on some of the SNES titles (starfox), but does well enough to where it is worth keeping. I might even load some Atari games onto it.

Great review!! I just got one of these and finding out that it will play all those other games is great. Time to get a new SD card and load some games on that and give it a go. I am thinking of getting an x-box controller or something just to give it a try. Thank you very much for this! Time to relive my 80's! LOL

How do I get colecovision work. I have .col files do they have to be zipped and do I need the coleco bios?

Got mine today but need a PC to update the firmware - ugh! I'm so excited to get this thing loaded with the extra ROMs. Anyway, has anyone found out if there was a way to use it with my 12.9 iPad pro as a portable option? Much appreciated.

Hi, thanks for share this video. Could you tell me the specifications of your monitor? I played with my GSP in a HIsense smart tv and the image is awful. Also there is a lag with the controllers. I aprecciate you could help me

I would check to see what settings your tv has. Sometimes there’s different modes (sports, game, movie, etc). And sometimes they have settings that emulate a quicker refresh rate. Those will mess with lag and latency.
